It seems barely a day passes now without some big name person warning of imminent collapse. The latest is Alan Greenspan.
In an interview on Thursday he told Fox News that Venezuela is now under martial law and that America is next. He said that what was happening in Venezuela was inevitably going to take place in the US.
I agree with this. In fact, we said this exact thing just last week with our article, Venezuela Descends Into Chaos Europe and US Next. Funny enough, a few brainwashed sheeple said we were crazy for saying it. Now Greenspan has said the same thing is he crazy? Actually, dont answer that.
But while we agree with Greenspan that crisis is coming to the US, thats where our agreement ends. We say it is coming to the US because the conditions in the US are not that much different than Venezuela and the globalist plan is to turn the entire world into Venezuela.
Greenspan, on the other hand, is already trying to divert attention from the real cause of Venezuelas problems: the government and central banking.
Instead, he explained that the reason the US would end up like Venezuela involved a global problem of a shortage of productivity growth. It is this lack of productive growth that creates and expands an economic crisis, he claimed.
This is Greenspeak at its finest. The problems in Venezuela arent due to an extreme socialist government and a Keynesian money-printing central bank, according to him no, the problem is just that things arent growing fast enough!

On our present course, we will collapse too. Part of Trump’s appeal is that intuitively people know that he is trying to avert a globalist meltdown by making the US more self-sufficient. He’s up against a very big wall, and I wonder if one man can break it.
My half-baked theory is that the Democrats have no real desire to win this election, believing that Trump will get the blame for the collapse that almost inevitably be coming “soon.” Cloward-Piven and all that.
Yeah....gotta watch out for cordite. Unstable & acts like a sponge, IIRC.
Only .303 I use is Prvi Partizan. I buy their 6.5 Italian for the same reason. I own some really old smokepoles.
But for serious social work, it’s 7.62 NATO. Like the Army, I have re-fallen in love with the M-14 & its variants. Fired expert with it back in 1969.
...
What he's trying to say is we need to Make America Great Again!
Exactly! Greenspan is bears culpability...
So, slowly then all at once, right? Some wit said that’s how you go bankrupt.
Thanks for your service.
Kinda hard to impose martial law on a populace of which a full third are armed to the teeth.
Our government isn’t capable of getting a handle on an isolated incident of rioting in a single city, but we’re supposed to believe they can forcibly subjugate 300,000,000 people?
Greenspan doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about.
If your tagline is past it's sell-by date, then it's time to update it.
You are supposed to use some of your stored food so you can rotate it. Most of it tastes pretty good if prepared properly.

Pretty much, it’s all a matter of perception.
Like how lemmings don’t perceive the cliff until they’re in freefall.
I don’t think a US collapse would look anything like Venezuela.
FIFO, exactly!
Most of our food supplies here are on-the-hoof :-)
We have a large greenhouse for veggies.
Could throw up a smoke-house for meat preparation and preservation if need be.
Ham gear, solar, generators... gotta get some stuff into EMP protection though...
It’s a great tagline :-)
That’s a great idea, thank you!!!
Seems like the classic ‘normalcy bias’ comes into play. Of course, if the descent is slow enough, it becomes the new normal.
As another poster already mentioned, your ammo may be loaded with cordite. I think it was in the 60’s when it was last used. I had some cordite .303 and there were plenty that didn’t fire. You may want to check out these pages to see what you have, or just pull a bullet and dump out the propellant. Cordite kinda looks like very fine angel hair pasta.

Obama’s plan was to run the country into the ground and make a large plurality of Americans 100 % dependent upon government
He has succeeded
Greenspan is right, there is no turning back from the brink
The situation was possibly salvageable until Obama was elected to a second term but we are now past the point of no return, thanks in no small part to Republican enablement .
The next few years are going to be very interesting and we all are going to pay a huge penalty for allowing Obama to do his thing
Exactly.
This is looking a lot like a managed collapse to me. Which the US is in a position to do (thanks to a much larger economic toolbox) while Venezuela isn’t.
You shouldn’t have aging supplies.
Survival isn’t a closet full of backup, it’s a core lifestyle.
My father’s reaction to the threat of SHTF (per Y2K) was “I’ll throw another log on the fire and go back to my book” - the world could shut down and he, living a pretty high life, would barely notice for months.
Everything you’re living from should be part of your survival supply chain. The only “aging” should be from stuff finally working thru your consumption queue.
People forget that the famed Koreans in the LA Riots were largely arrested en masse. Charges didn’t stick because weapons had been frequently swapped during the fighting, and NOBODY TALKED about what happened and who did what. Very tense, and not the idyllic “they stood their ground” popularly portrayed.
