That was THE bombshell of the night. Post debate interview Cruz said he'd endorse Rubio (open borders, Scamnesty, establishment boy toy) over Trump.
Obviously a deal what cut (promotion at Goldman Sachs for Cruz's wife likely included) where Rubio and Cruz got together pre-debate to bash Trump. They'll endorse each other if they lose their home states.
I think Cruz is right, on a technicality. Trump being the single worst Republican candidate, any of the others are better by definition. How much better? Not much. But better.
And as much as I dislike Rubio, he, Carson, and Cruz have the only prolife positioning I can even vote for. Kasich and Trump are out. Would I come close to vomiting voting for Rubio? Absolutely. Rubio scares me. Trump scares me more. Much more.

Yu truly are misguided. Rubio is a liberal hack, bought and paid for and will turn on the American voter so quick it will make your head spin. Lord, what dumb arses we have in this country., Rubio lies like a rug, and yet, you accause Trump of lying. You are so easily deceived.
For those not bothering to watch the video, Cruz DOES say either he or Rubio would make a better president than Trump, and praises Rubio as a friend who finally went after Trump.
He also praises Jeb Bush for being the only other person willing to formerly go after Trump.
It really makes Sundance look right on Cruz’s TPP/TPA betrayal.
Mexico probably doesn’t even know who Rubio and Cruz are. The media just talks about drunk. But if you tell them there are some Cubans then I’m sure they’ll hate them really badly.

I never get into this Trump-Cruz nonsense out here....but I’m finished with Ted after this disgraceful backing of Rubio the amnesty pimp. Our borders are not for sale Ted.

I thought Cruz’s popularity was in being perceived as an outsider like Trump. I’m not sure I see his strategy in aligning against Trump, with the favored choice of the GOP (who is NOT favoring Cruz!).
They are both politicians of foreign extraction. Up until 2 years ago Ted Cruz has been a Canadian citizen his entire life.
Everything that portrays trump in a negative light is a falsehood. He is infallible and perfect.
