Conspiracy theories are beginning to swirl in the aftermath of the sudden death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who was found dead at 79 in his room on Saturday morning at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Texas.

Just FYI if you check the numbers less than 10% of all deaths are autopsied in the US
With no signs of foul play in an over weight older person with known health issues unless family requests one foe medical info it is not typically done
All I am saying is that procedure was not followed, or at best was sloppily performed, regarding the death of a high profile government official.

So let’s say breakfast was at 8:30 AM. By perhaps 10:00 people went to find him (I have not seen any report listing the time of discovery).
That’s nearly 12 hours between discovery and transport.
During that time neither of the two JP’s nor the County Judge on whom the duty devolves saw the body.
In all that time the County Judge did not see the body and, without an autopsy to determine the cause of death of the found body, literally phones it in that the cause of death is “natural”.
After arriving at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, the Sunset Funeral Home embalmed Scalia’s remains, according to Chris Lujuan, a funeral home manager.

Completely agree with you. I’m also hoping there is more clarification on the incredibly high level of motive involved. When you stop to think about it, it’s surprising any of them are alive.
Given the way that the Left views the Supreme Court as a political vehicle for advancing their agenda (especially when it's at odds with what the American people want), I have wondered sometimes if they would resort to murdering a conservative member of the Court (during a Democrat administration, of course). If they tried that it would be the Stalin/Clinton technique of making a murder appear to be either a suicide or natural causes.
... I don't understand the desire for ignorance ..... if you didn't perform an autopsy you always will remain ignorant of hard facts... so now its just filling in everything with the assumptions and don't get upset when people make different assumptions then you do

I'd say this would be a circumstance where an ME would call for an autopsy. It's not just "up to the family."

I hope Justice Scalia had a natural death. But the way he has died, alone, in a remote area, in suspicious circumstances which will never be fully believed as being natural, really ties Obummer’s hands trying to benefit from it. If he suggests someone like Holder, or Loretta Lynch, both obviously unacceptable, as possible replacements, it will just incense people and make people more firm in their beliefs Justice Scalia was murdered. I think Obummer will HAVE to suggest someone mainstream in this instance just for appearances sake. Whomever he promotes should be refused to be considered by the Senate until a new President is at the helm.

People won’t even believe that conspiracies are real when they are being lined up to be shot by the ones they can’t believe would conspire.
Government is either corrupt and will do anything to stay in place or nothing it does is corrupt. Can’t have it both ways. Either Benghazi happened where American lives were sacrificed for only GOD knows what or they weren’t. If they would sacrifice an Ambassador and four distinguished military men then it is not a stretch they would assassinate a sitting justice who was a key vote in divided cases.

Sounds like no one bothered to tell two of the justices that the body was Justice Scalia. They more than likely thought it was an illegal migrant who had been dead for some time.
