Houston Chronicle ^ | February 14 | John MacCormack

Posted on 02/14/2016 1:37:21 PM PST by PghBaldy

"We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled," said Poindexter.

"He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap," he said. Scalia,79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile, He then contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend.

Any word on who *Nino’s* traveling companion was ?

**Three hours later, Poindexter returned after an outing, with a friend of Scalia who had come from Washington with him.**

[ But your not saying that the pillow is over your face are you? ]

No Not over my face, but over my forehead and top of my nose.

I don’t know Daf. This is all very interesting. I still can’t fathom the no autopsy deal.

DISREGARD my John Poindexter articles. I think this is a different John Poindexter. I am sorry. Maybe I was using the wrong kind of tinfoil to make my hat.

I believe this is a different Poindexter.

The person who did that autopsy was an expert on gunshot wounds. Noted the “lead snowstorm” in the x-ray.

——The man was in good health——

Are you his doctor...? How would you know...?

He was 79, way overweight, probably had several health issues...

A heart attack certainly is highly probable...

I’m just amazed there are two people out there named John Pointdexter.

Our son sleeps on his back with a pillow at the top of his head, pushed up against the headboard. The pillow is not on his face, but it’s “on top of his head.”

All I’ve read so far, is that *family* declined an autopsy...and *Nino* was traveling with an attorney friend from DC. His son couldn’t go on the trip at the last minute.

We’ve all [I hate to say, myself included] grown so distrustful of our government ..this just doesn’t pass the smell test, somehow.

Here they are; I'm sorry for my mistake.

On the left is the Admiral John Poindexter who defended the arms and drugs sales to fund the contras. On the right is the Houston businessman John Poindexter who owns the ranch where Justice Scalia passed.

And I think that is what is missing in the reports on Scalia, not a pillow over his face, but a pillow OVER his head, big difference, rofl.

I honestly feel like I am being trolled. A pillow over his head, unrumpled sheets, hands folded over his chest.

Are these people just trying to get us riled up with conspiracy theories. A disinformation campaign.

I read that they removed a 5 foot length of what looked like clothes line from under the sheets. They buttoned the top button on his pajama tops to hide any bruises.

Wrong John Poindexter. This is John Poindexter, Houston Businessman, not John Poindexter, USN (retired).
