Oh Dear – Mark Levin Credibility Melts Like Glenn Beck Tears (tr)
The Last Refuge ^ | January 21, 2016 | sundance

There's something initially angering that becomes very sad when a fraud is revealed.  Tonight on his radio show Mark Levin was forced to admit the son of his fiancee is a full time staffer for Senator Ted Cruz.

After spending weeks attacking anyone who critiques candidate Ted Cruz, the motives of Mark Levin now take full sunlight.   He should be ashamed, VERY ashamed.

No, Mr. crony-constitutionalist, lying by omission is not the least bit funny.  Nor is deception toward your audience when you do not disclose your own conflicts.   Especially when we consider the hours Levin spends railing against the internecine family associations like George Will and his wife working for Scott Walker.

Crony politics is apparently alive and well amid the Mark Levin radio show. Perhaps he will tell the audience how much advertising money he takes from political campaigns?  Or more specifically entities with a vested interest in political campaigns?

Think he'll fess up now that he's busted?

Nah, me neither.

He's got another book to sell...

Wow. Just Wow.

The campaign of Donald Trump continues to expose the "Decepticons".

It doesn’t matter. It should be disclosed. It’s a conflict of interest. The standards of the profession call for fair disclosure if one is to broadcast opposition opinions against a person.

Conflict of interests are very concerning.

Trump's assets and businesses are worth billions, located in many foreign countries, and are certainly a conflict of interest. Where are Trump's disclosures about that.

On his financial disclosure that was submitted as the law required. That’s how we know what he’s worth. He had to turn it all in. Don’t you recall the week of debate that led to?

1. Cruz has always and ever been a conservative. Levin likewise. No conflict.

2. If a candidate promises to cut taxes on the wealthy, is it a conflict for a wealthy person to support that candidate?

3. If a candidate promises thorough and effective re-armament of our military and Rolls Royce treatment of wounded and disabled veterans, is it a conflict of interest for the enlisted personnel of our military to vote for that candidate?

4. Is it also true that ANYONE standing in the way of The Donald on a White Horse just MUST have some kind of "conflict of interest?"

5. Suppose you own a San Antonio concrete contracting business, is it a "conflict of interest" to support The Donald. Well, you might say, of course not, that is just an interest in building the WALL Almighty! That can't be a conflict! It is the only thing that matters at all this year, right?

Did it cover Trump’s plan to set up a blind trust, or if he even is going to set up a blind trust?

At least you are openly subversive, and find the NBC clause to be a function of anal retentiveness.

I’m a realist. Didn’t I just tell you that it is highly unlikely that Cruz is going to get the nomination. Yet you treat him as if he were the Devil himself. Mass Deception? Cruz?

If anyone in this election is successfully deceiving the masses it is THE ONE.

Especially since the Republic of Texas ceased to exist well more than 150 years ago. He also isn’t eligible to be Roman Emperor for similar but far lengthier reasons.

Don’t inject reason into the debate. This is all about emotion. Get with the program.

no, not the campaign. His fiancee’s son is on cruz’s senate staff, not a campaign employee.

How many times has The Donald been married? Levin is not running for POTUS although I would certainly vote for him if he did.

The turnoff ive got with Levin is that he pulls the old switcheroo on us every election. For 4 years he talks tough on how he’s not gonna take it anymore but then right before the election he tells us all to be good little gopers and pull that lever for who the Establishment wants. This time is different tho I understand but haven’t listened to him for some months now.

Well that accusation is really rich... the devil is not here, yet... Jesus said he would deceive all but the very elect... Sadly many do not care about truth, yet claim they want original intent of the constitution... And do the exact opposite..

My point was, there is a difference and you got the details wrong. A senate staffer is not campaigning for cruz, he’s a secretary following orders.

That post you call vile is just about precisely what Trumpette Annie Coulter had to say in support of her political GOD, The Donald. Of course that was after she supported Krispy Kreme and Moral Monster Mitt Romney (M3R) in previous campaigns.

Obviously you don’t understand the concept of “conflict of interest”.

“ANYONE standing in the way of” Trump does not have a relative, or soon-to-be relative, on the immediate payroll of the candidate. And the “ANYONE” does not have a bully pulpit.

Most likely the owner of a “San Antonio concrete contracting business” does not have a relative, or soon-to-be relative, on the immediate payroll of the candidate. And the owner does not have a bully pulpit.

I’m sorry you don’t understand, and it’s probably not your fault if you haven’t worked in government where this is an enormous issue.

When push comes to shove Rush ALWAYS backs the GOPe, he even admitted it a few years ago. He said something to the effect of "I am due carrying their (GOPe) water, I've done it for years and I'm not going to do it again." He then of course went right back to being the GOPe water boy. LOL.

Levin on the other hand is a know nothing blow hard.
