2. If a candidate promises to cut taxes on the wealthy, is it a conflict for a wealthy person to support that candidate?
3. If a candidate promises thorough and effective re-armament of our military and Rolls Royce treatment of wounded and disabled veterans, is it a conflict of interest for the enlisted personnel of our military to vote for that candidate?
4. Is it also true that ANYONE standing in the way of The Donald on a White Horse just MUST have some kind of "conflict of interest?"
5. Suppose you own a San Antonio concrete contracting business, is it a "conflict of interest" to support The Donald. Well, you might say, of course not, that is just an interest in building the WALL Almighty! That can't be a conflict! It is the only thing that matters at all this year, right?
Don’t inject reason into the debate. This is all about emotion. Get with the program.
Obviously you don’t understand the concept of “conflict of interest”.
“ANYONE standing in the way of” Trump does not have a relative, or soon-to-be relative, on the immediate payroll of the candidate. And the “ANYONE” does not have a bully pulpit.
Most likely the owner of a “San Antonio concrete contracting business” does not have a relative, or soon-to-be relative, on the immediate payroll of the candidate. And the owner does not have a bully pulpit.
I’m sorry you don’t understand, and it’s probably not your fault if you haven’t worked in government where this is an enormous issue.
