While I don't believe anyone in Washington can (or wants) to pierce Hillary Clinton's immunity shield, I heard a compelling argument from Judge Andrew Napolitano this morning.

He said her decision to install a private server in her home was a deliberate move to hide public information from the public and dodge the Freedom of Information Act enabling her to conceal the Clinton Foundation influence peddling scheme.

Another judge or lawyer (whose name I missed) said that move alone makes her ineligible as a presidential candidate.

Something’s in the air vis-� -vis HRC. Today's LATimes article about Ron Burkle’s disenchantment with Hillary quotes him kvetching that Hillary arrives in Los Angeles and just holes up in the Bel Air hotel with Huma (as opposed to meeting with Burkle). Read the article. The quote is clearly an implication that HRC and Huma are lesbian lovers. I'm not endorsing this view; just pointing out how stunning it is that the LA Times would publish such an insinuation.
