DES MOINES REGISTER SHOCK POLL: CRUZ 29%, TRUMP 22%, RUBIO 13%, CARSON 11%
.
CNN definitely wants Trump in the race, as do most of the MSM, until he demolishes the chance of a conservative victory, then they dump him in the Bronx sewer.
“Trump already told them that he is Christian, he is religious and that his faith is important to him. He is also pro life and for the traditional definition of marriage. How much more do the people of Iowa want ?”
Well, they might want somebody who does not demean people based on their physical appearance. They may be looking for someone who doesn’t trivialize the sacrament of communion by talking about “drinking his teeny cup of wine”. They may want someone who doesn’t brag about being Episcopalian as a way to marginalize a Seventh Day Adventist. You can’t just claim to be religious and then show no outward sign whatsoever.
{^) LOL!! Stop!! Yer killin' me!!

Set up by the Bush clan. They are in league with Clinton until they aren’t.
All the Cruz people jumping around here with euphoria, enjoy it now because it won’t last, if this poll is even true. While your guy is getting pummeled nationally by 20-25 points and everywhere else, you’ve now got Trump in free fall over a poll that was done by a newspaper that hates Republicans and Trump in particular. Funny how this comes out the week of the debate in an effort to get Trump attacking Cruz.
.
This is Cruz’ election, without question.
BOOKMARK THIS POST RE CRUZ-
” We’re electing the President, not the next candidate for Pope. All that said, Ted Cruz and his father are creepy weirdo Dominionists. They aren’t exactly a model for Christianity.
Dominionists and their ilk are the scum of the Earth. They’re as materialistic as any atheist, but even worse, because they claim to be Christians and distort the Gospel as a result.”
Right. I guess that’s why Cruz attends that wierdo Second Baptist Church in Houston./s
So I guess Trump will have to exhibit strength and judgment,’something that could be a challenge for him...
the gop will do anything to get at trump
Podesta is stating Cruz will be the nominee. That’s all that needs to be said. Clinton wants either Bush or Cruz as the nominee.
Not saying Cruz couldn’t beat Clinton, but Trump definitely will beat her.
Trump will win New York in the general. Clintons team knows this as does the liberal media, that is why they do not want Trump to be the Republican nominee.
.
>> “He is also pro life and for the traditional definition of marriage” <<
That is why he roundly praised the SCOTUS gay marriage ruling.
Trump supporters blindness is amazing.
.
Falsehood has been your trademark here all the way.
Can’t beat a winning ticket like that!
I am surprised. I would have thought that rally attendance would be an indicator. In any case, because of Trump's pure celebrity status, he's going to draw crowds so it's hard to gage their actual content. He has the professional entertainer's advantage. But he is, at bottom, an old hothead. Cruz is a young cool thinking Christian Constitutionalist.
OOps, I did not recognize DMR. I thought it was more Bloomberg.
Looks to me like repeat of 2008 & 2012. Huckster & Sweater Vest both won Iowa with the church lady evangelical voters in a caucus state with barely 5% of Iowans bother to spend whole day at Caucus gatherings.
Yeah, I agree we have it good with Trump and now Cruz both holding big numbers.
I was Trump up until about a month ago then switched to Cruz. I think we will see more of this in other States over the next few weeks.
Decent chance in four months Cruz wins this and we look back and thank Trump for saving the country by being a giant bulldozer clearing a path through the PC mess America has become and allowing Cruz to slide into the White House.
these polls can be fixed
I have fewer divorces, my skin is not orange, I have never given money to the Clinton Foundation or Chuck Schumer, and these words in this order, “I Think [Obama’s] Doing A really good jobâ¦heâs totally a champion” have never crossed my lips.
I thought only God judged one’s heart. Do you now do so?
I like how my post 249 is followed up immediately by your post 250. Makes it easier to compare and contrast our taglines. :)
