Mark Levin gave a stern warning to both Donald Trump over his recent attacks on Ben Carson and Marco Rubio for trying to smear Ted Cruz on the Gang of 8 immigration bill, telling them both that their attacks are unacceptable to him.
He told Trump that if he continued these reckless personal assaults on Carson, heâd have to affirmatively oppose him.
He pretty much said the same to Rubio, pointing out that he simply canât accept Rubioâs smear attacks on Ted Cruz and that it was his decision to support the Gang of 8 and he would have to live with it.
Hereâs the transcript of his comments:

Levin obviously didn’t read Trump’s words about Carson, nor did he read Carson’s rebuke of Trump for Trump’s immigration plan. As the young lady said, “Attack the bull, then expect to get the horns.”
Rubio against Cruz is even more sinister...it was Rubio and SANTORUM who sided against Cruz.
Cruz did offer an amendment to the gang of 8 bill.
However, Rubio and Santorum both were dishonest in their presentation of it.
It called for no illegal given a green card EVER to be eligible for citizenship. Period.
We always find that conservatism must be led by people who have thought out their positions for years. People who haven’t, like Carson, knee-jerk to progressivism. (This is also a danger with Trump, yet to be determined.)
Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, and Rand Paul, last ones on the stage.
I do not remember enough about Cruz’s TX race from 3 years ago to comment...
Local conservative talk radio started the Cruz introduction to conservative voters. Of course, Cruz did Texas proud as state solicitor general in some high profile cases, but honestly only legal types noticed this. The anti-GOPe entitlement sentiment was just starting with the rejection of Kay Bailey Hutchinson in the Governor primary position and carried over to David Dewhurst in the Lt. Gov slot. People wanted a change from the stranglehold of the entrenched GOPe politicans. The Tea Party was raising the awareness of the average conservative citizen to vet their candidates and local talk radio did this in spades. In my area, Michael Berry was a great educator for state and local politics and did the heavy lifting to plant the seed of awareness about Ted Cruz. Levin came on later as Ted was rolling, and Sarah Palin’s rather late endorsement vaulted Cruz over the finish line.
Levin despises his fellow Jew competitor by the name of
Michael Savage.
Trump is the only man in todayâs political climate who is strong enough to take on the power elites of Washington, New York, Brussels, etc. and not be manipulated into subservience.
microaggression
Hmmmmm. The latest progressive/socialist buzzword. .
SEE, when you project with those kind of terms, you sound like you’ve come straight from DU.
I’m on to you, ru4*liberty*. That is all.
America is like a football team looking for a new coach.
Trump is a big time coach, and he is saying:
If you hire me, I won’t take crap from:
The media
The fans
The players
The owners
The general manager
The share holders
The PC crowd...or anyone else.
If you want to get back to the Super Bowl, some of your fav
and most popular players will be cut traded or treated bad.
Things will be done DIFFERENTLY.
IF YOU DON’T LIKE TRUMP NOW, YOU AIN’T GONNA LIKE HIM LATER.
SO IF YOU CAN’T HACK IT...CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE.
Someone who will not deport the illegals, and someone who is not afraid to even mention the word CHINA.
If you want to go back to the SuperBowl vote Trump
If you just want to play ball vote for somebody else.
That’s for Mark Levin.
We need a Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) ping list, where we suffers can cure ourselves using exposure therapy. Maybe if we read enough of their crap we can become sufficiently brain dead to understand how conservatives can support an opportunistic liberal sleazebag to the highest office in the land.
Who’s Mark Levin?
I think Trump got the word. His FB page comments which he closely monitors were pretty much a caution to cut it out. He skipped the Q&A after his Sunshine Summit speech yesterday and is letting it all die down I guess.
But if you think what Trump said about Carson was bad go to Youtube and watch what Reverend Manning said. Whoa!
Yes, I agree...
Sent by the Left to Republicans...
Mark Levin could have gotten off his cushy radio chair and gotten into the arena... he didn’t.
He can say what he wants - and we can ignore the silly parts...
[[We always find that conservatism must be led by people who have thought out their positions for years. People who havenât, like Carson, knee-jerk to progressivism. ]]
Excellent point- We’ve seen this happen time and time and time again-
I have read some, cannot point you to a flaw. At first I was so happy Trump brought immigration up front, then other policies. I defended him here. Now I can’t see him making the transition to being presidential, I hear “those dummy isis terrorists are gonna fall under the $h*t we take to them” and worse.
I don’t believe Trump is the only one who can win.
Cruz is my dream candidate. Hopefully he is being misunderestimated by design.
GFY. Cheers!
Ha! Good one Catherine!
