On July 31, super PACs supporting presidential candidates filed reports with the Federal Election Commission providing the first complete picture of how the campaigns, super PACs and other groups supporting the candidates are raising and spending money.

Bush’s personal candidate-raised money is abysmal. The minute the PACs finally admit he’s a loser, his campaign will collapse like a cheap tent.
By way of comparison, Trump is worth several BILLION.
Trump wins.
I don’t like bringing this up, but isn’t all this ‘PAC’ money, stinking of buying favors and influence, that might not benefit the average John Q. and Jane Q. Public?
Why can’t candidates run on their OWN money? They, as they are in the Senate or the House of Reps, get paid a heck of a lot more, than the average white collar worker in private sector.
Do they blow all THEIR money, like they blow OUR’S?
Won’t that be sweet? I’m just hoping Trump and Cruz can keep rolling along until that happens.
Right to Rise and Bush Campaign have MUCH LESS cash on hand right now since the reporting is a month old.
Their fundraising has collapsed but they’re still spending millions on travel, hotels, office space, staff and consultants.
My personal mission is to see Bush defeated before he even gets to a convention. JOB ONE!
No Job for Jeb!
I think this is entirely upside down. Donald Trump has clearly won the money race because he has earned his own. While all the others are forced to stand on the corner and beg for theirs.
there is no money race....... Trump has already made it irrelevent
Notice how the Bush funding has grown so much? My bet is there is a hell of a lot of demodummie money in his coffer.
What is Hillary spending her money on? Cruz has twice the amt on hand as her? I imagine the numbers next month will be even worse for her.
When one considers money as the path to the presidency, isn’t it a shame that the office is actually “For Sale”?
Whoops. I looked at the wrong columns.
Trump won it already’ next question.
They just don't get it, do they? They're covering the election in a pre-Trump way, that whoever raises the most money wins. But Trump has his own money and so the model just doesn't fit.
Kaisich will just supplant him. It’s better if they both stay in race.
“When one considers money as the path to the presidency, isnt it a shame that the office is actually For Sale?”
Yes. The presidency has devolved into nothing more than an auction. There are surely many far more qualified people who could be president, except for the money factor.
We truly have the best (worst?) president money can buy!
Where’s Trump’s (D-NY) numbers? How much has he spent?
