NEW YORK (CNNMoney) —Donald Trump might be a presidential candidate mired in an ongoing national controversy, but he still makes time to offer feedback to newspaper columnists.
This time, the scribe who drew Trump's ire was the Washington Post's Jonathan Capehart, who called out the billionaire's "baldly racist xenophobia" in a column earlier this week.
In response, Trump sent Capehart, who is African American, a handwritten note: "Jonathan - You are the racist, not I," Trump wrote. "Get rid of your 'hate.'"

A lot of people will join up here who are in favor of Bush - volunteers, etc. We have that every time there’s a primary. And these volunteers are vicious. The Romney and Perrybots were crazy!

Yes Rand Paul has not condemned Trump either. Paul just refuses to comment when asked about Trump. Kinda disappointing, I thought Paul has more smarts then that, but still he has not condemned Trump.

One thing though, the longer they allow him to get away with (gasp!) speaking the truth--the more they are exposed and the more people see it. And the more the guy who does the same but isn't Donald Trump gets the idea, momentum, cajones, whatever it takes to grab that power that is ripe for the taking.

I am sure they have competing responses to all of it. Yes, they like to feature Trump, but they also like to carry water for the GOPe.
Simple things like “Bush lied, people died” which even the MSM have stated and used, is completely stupid considering that Congress, including Democrats, voted for and voiced the same concerns leading up to the vote for the use of force.
And Karl Rove, didn’t advise Bush to throw this back into their face with a simple press conference to point this out.
