Members of the Supreme Court questioned on Tuesday whether now is the right time to force states to allow same-sex couples to marry, pointing to how quickly public opinion has shifted on the issue of marriage equality.
Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was a key figure in striking down the Defense of Marriage Act in 2013, suggested that he might be worried about the court moving too quickly to force states to marry same-sex couples.
“This definition has been with us for millennia,” Kennedy said of male-female marriages. The justice also said it would be very difficult for the court to say it knows better than the public on the issue.

Yet, they will decide, one way or the other. They give in and allow it and God Almighty will totally withdraw his hedge of protection over this nation and America is totally doomed. God is already about had it with America for our murdering 60 million unborn children. He has withdrew His protection over the UK and other western Euro nation for their apostasy, and they are paying the price for it. The UK supported the Arabs and their muzzie murdering thugs over Israel back in the 1940s and now God is allowing those same muzzies to take over in the UK as punishment for what the UK did to Israel. Obama is pulling away from Israel, supporting the muzzies, thus God will do to us what we have done to Israel and allowing murder of the unborn and homo marriages. America is doomed when God allows the Satan and his hords to run rampant over this nation. America has “made its bed” and God is going to punish America for it. Believe this or not. God is real, and He WILL punish America. You can see it in how much trouble America is in today and all the lousy leaders we have. We wanted this crap and thusly God said if this is what you want, it is what you will get. Thus, America got Obama and his garbage.

If gay marriage is about equal rights I believe in equal rights for everyone. Everyone should pay $1000. in income taxes. No more. No less. I am being denied equal rights!!!!!!!

Exactly- many ‘legal experts’ thought there was no way the supremes would allow the HC law to stand- said there was ‘no way it was constitutional’ and tried reading the tea leaves declaring the supremes would not vote for it-

CA has voted a couple of times to not allow same sex marriage but the state courts keeps overturning the will of the voters. So just putting it on the ballot has not worked.
Ginsburg has already reported how she is going to vote. I’m hoping that the other eight will distance themselves from her for her breach in tradition and protocol and vote it down.
I’m waiting to see if Gingsburg and Hagan recuse themselves.
Public opinion has changed because if you don’t cater to the homo with a cake or whatever, you lose your business. The poll is a big friggin’ lie based on fear not real feelings.

For the purpose of having healthy stable future tax payers to support the government- Not every child will turn out alright of course, however, in a man/woman marriage/parents, they stand the best possible chance of being mentally stable productive contributors to society and tax system-
So if they vie for the "since the beginning of time" man and woman definition, will Obama tell them to get off their high horse?? and do one of his Presidential dictates with his magic pen?
