Miki Booth has just reported via telephone to The Post & Email that a man born and currently residing in Hawaii went to the Department of Health this morning and requested a copy of his long-form birth certificate. He was refused, told that it was no longer available and that all he could obtain is the short-form document.
The man had obtained his short-form “Certificate of Live Birth” several weeks ago and reported to Miki that the request form had had two different boxes which could be checked: one indicating that the short-form was being requested and the other that the long-form was desired.
Today, the man reported that the form has been changed such that that choice is no longer available.
Therefore, when Dr. Chiyome Fukino spoke with MSNBC on Monday morning, she apparently was not lying when she said that long-form birth certificates are no longer available.
But why was that change made? Who ordered the change in policy? Was it made because Donald Trump has demanded that Obama release his original, detailed birth certificate to support his claim of a Hawaii birth?
The witness who accompanied the gentleman has a daughter who obtained a copy of her long-form birth certificate last month. The document was provided to Miki Booth, who supplied it to The Post & Email here.

Well, when I went to get an copy of my original birth certificate from Idaho a few years back (needed it in 2004 for to get a Drivers License in a new state), they sent me the computerized version of my long form, not a copy of what would have been originally filed in 1969. I’m not certain I can even get the original from Idaho. I think my mother may have a certified copy of the original from way back. I’ll have to ask.

Why short forms fall short
There's a story within the story of Barack Obama's refusal to show the American people anything other than the so-called "short-form" birth certificate.
In fact, there are a multitude of stories within the story.
We always have to start with the reasons it is not acceptable for determining something as important as eligibility for the presidency.
I recently conducted a little experiment. I called three passport offices with the following apocryphal tale: I said I needed to apply for a passport but only had a short-form certification of live birth from Hawaii. Would that suffice? The three passport offices I contacted were in Hawaii, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
Hawaii said "no problem."
Washington and Virginia both said no way.
Same country, different responses.
In fact, if you visit most post offices around the country, you will see signs posted about passport application requirements that specifically say, "no certifications of life birth," must be long form.
So here we are. The one document Barack Obama's campaign released to prove he was constitutionally eligible to serve as president may not be good enough to get a passport, unless you apply in Hawaii.

Hawaii is so full of crap.
Why not? Obama probably had lots of passports. From who knows where.
He was born Steve Dunham. He changed his name when he converted to Islam. No more complicated than that.
It is confirmed that he was born Steve Dunham, it doesn't take long to connect those dots.

They are ramping up their efforts, It’s time for someone to haul the lawyers in and start suing. There is no way that some Hawaii official can prevent a citizen of Hawaii from having access to a Birth Certificate where it is needed in a legal proceeding and nothing else will do.
Time to step into the batter’s box Trump and show these frauds up for what they are.
Long past time for some one with some tats in the House to issue a subpeona to the state of Hawaii...bring forthwith the certificate of live birth of one Obamba. Just to be certain, issue one to each hospital for a record of ALL births that day.

“Copies of the set of testimony used to establish a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth may also be requested, and an additional fee is charged for each copy of the set of testimony.”
They said the long form was no longer available, not that the microfilmed documents do not exist.
Obama needs to show his birth certificate and Hawaii needs to cut the crap.
In this instance, I am sure a long form could be made available.
It was probably getting pretty embarrassing for them to have all these people saying “see, I got mine, how ‘bout it, bammers?”
