38% - Strong-jawed Romney.
17% - Tough-talking Palin.
27% - A third choice, please.
18% - Give it up, GOP, Obamas staying.
Decent point. I knew but only because I hang out here way too much.
But Palin? Nobody knew her. That’s why I’ve never complained about her endorsement of McCain. He put her on the map. But what happened after that is all Sarah.
I’m just not sure a nobody knows person can engender enough support in a year an a half. We’ll see.
I’m for Sarah, but would be open to another candidate who was really conservative. He would also have to be fearless, activist and charismatic. She is.
I would vote for Madoff/Vandersloot over Obama in 2012 if it comes to that.
I am not staying home and voting GOP regarldess. Yes my first choice is Sarah, but I have two words - Kennedy, Ginsberg
Palin’s a sure-fire loss. When the time comes, the media will go hog-wild for the Black Messiah, and Palin shot herself in the foot forever when she quit her office in Alaska for spurious reasons. And there’s always Tina Fey.
Palin is speaking more coherently these days, and she reads those scripts written by her four speechwriters really well (momma grizzly—who’s making this stuff up?). However, there’s no way.
Out here, the bedwetters are still crazed for the BM, mostly because of his color. Hillary is the wild card. She IS vulnerable to a “dark horse” Republican. I want to see her take her boss on. Again.
Interesting that ‘strong-jawed’ Romney wins. . .given that he speaks ‘mealy-mouthed’ on many critical Repub issues. Seems to say this voting bloc not so different than the Dems - choosing image over reality.
We’ve got to be careful. The attitude of “anyone but W” got us Obama. The attitude of “anyone but Obama” could get us in 4-8 more years of trouble. the Republic is teetering on the edge, now.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
Your vote for certain; but not voting - "if it is Barry" - is a vote FOR not only Barry, but all his like-minded ilk and of course, Soros and the rest of the world's Marxist Leadership. The Election as it was two years ago; so much bigger than 'one' man.
Update. Sarah is now up to 31% only a couple of points behind Mitt.

Mitt Romney vs. Sarah Palin: Who do you like in 2012?
33% - Strong-jawed Romney.
31% - Tough-talking Palin.
21% - A third choice, please.
15% - Give it up, GOP, Obamas staying.
Total Votes: 910
I didn’t ask about Sarah. I disagree strongly with you about Sarah’s chances. I dislike the constant negative barrage about Sarah as much as I dislike arguing with fellow conservatives in negative ways which hurt the conservative movement.
I’m asking about the positives of OTHER candidates. This seems to be too difficult for some reason.
Why is that?
Excellent. Thanks for the update!
Sarah Palin supporters are like supporters of the Black Messiah. It’s all emotion. She has nothing going for her other than a great pair of legs. Left alone without her scripts, coaches, and retakes (you don’t think you’re watching the first take during her reality show, do you?), she’s an intellectual vacuum.
Pence: a conservative record and a current campaign for a flat tax, which I support.
Christie: is dismantling the disaster that is New Jersey socialism and corruption, and the man’s got cohones. We need to cohones in the White House.
Bolton/palin
"Strong-jawed Romney"? What a joke, although I suspect that at least some of his fans see him that way.
Freep is working. Romney 33% - Palin 31%. Keep it going guys we don’t need any RINO getting top billing by the media in these stacked polls.
Ha ha. And who is this fine man?
“...about Sarahs chances...”
She can beat the Teleprompter but we need to frame her campaign to hit on these points...
1. She has a record of understanding budgets and crafting a balanced one.
2. It is an outsider vs. an insider.
3. She is a real piece of genuine Americana vs. a demented neurotic.
