This is breaking on Huffington Post. I looked at the comments and don't believe Palins kids said these things. The comments are private on facebook with Palins kids. Bristol supposedly commented on a comment from one of Willows classmate who posted on Facebook that Sarah Palins Alaska would fail. Willow then chimed in and called the guy a faggot and then went on a tirade back and forth as other people joined in the argument slandering Sarah and bringing up the Nailin Palin porn video and also calling Bristol fat. Again I personally believe all this Facebook page is fabricated by liberal operatives or they paid a classmate to bait Bristol or Willow and release the comments because as I said earlier, the Palin kids comments are private and only friends they accept can read their Facebook wall and post on it. In these comments there are people posting who they don't even know so I don't believe this is true. The real motive I believe is because Sarah Palins show was a ratings hit Sunday night and Bristol Palin made it to the Semi Finals on Dancing With The Stars and could win it next week. This is being done to make Palin's daughters to look like hypocrites and that they are showing their true colors while the episodes show them as goodie two shoes and destroy the shows ratings once and for all. Tomorrow morning watch the liberals start attacking Palin for being a unfit mother for their daughters actions cursing online and using racial slurs. One more time, this is a fabrication and it just so happens the Huffington Post got their hands on it first. Anyone agree with me?
Not saying this is real...but just a warning to parents.
If your kid is on Facebook, make them put you on as their “friend.” I’ve commented to several parents about things their kid says on FB and they tell me, “Oh, I didn’t see that, I’m not their ‘friend.’” When my kid lived at home we had a rule, if you want to join an online community (used to be MySpace, now it’s FB), then you put one of us (mom or dad) on your friend list.
Kid’s are stupid and post inappropriate things sometime, and if they don’t want you on their account, there’s a reason. They may balk, but hey, they live in my house, so follow my rules. Then when they move out, and are on their own, fine...they can choose not to let me have access, but funny thing is (in our experience) by that time they’ve matured and are happy to have you on as their “friend.”
Just MHO.
If you are in the friends netowrk, all you would need is a screen shot of the conversation.
There is a privacy setting on facebook where you can check who can view your page. “Friends only” is one option but “Friends of Friends” is one of the settings so just because you as a total stranger can’t see their page doesn’t mean that friends of their friends can’t see their page.
Since when was a facebook posting private?
Yeah, HuffPo is slime. But the crap these kids are putting onto Facebook is also slime. Time for Bristol to start demonstrating some mature self-control. If you HAVE to post on Facebook, post things that would HELP your Mom not hurt her. If you do that, you don’t have to worry about the consequences and HuffPo has nothing to print. That daughter is going to kill Palin’s chances to be POTUS ... and that would be a BIG shame!
Bump that.
"Don't say 'f**king,' say 'flippin'."
Oh,jump back. That’s typical FreeRepublic. I didn’t report him. I got the link. Get off the high horse. Would YOU have asked for a link? On someone who quoted the Huffington Post? Of course you would.
Ditto my above post to you.
Read the thread. I said that she has apologized for this on her Facebook page. So, yes, it is true.
However, she got blasted last night by some really hateful trolls who made remarks about Trigg and her mother. I got screen caps of those in case they got deleted. I doubt they’ll be posted by TMZ.
This is a typical Palin thread. Someone makes a post that in some way casts negative light on something Palinish. The Palin groupies show up, bash the poster, call for his banishment (or I guess maybe you were suggesting he get an all-expense-paid vacation for his efforts?), argue that it's fake, it's slander, etc. etc. etc..
Sometimes, the facts are verified, and then the palinists pretend like nothing ever happened, while they change their entire arguments to defend what they previously denied happened.
Meanwhile, the "defense" against being banished for posting an article which is seen as negative is to count how many good things the poster said about Palin. The more, they better. Passing the ideological purity test innoculates you from some of the knee-jerk reaction.
It's always entertaining.
Bristol is 20 years old, so she’s hardly a “kid”. She’s a parent with a young child, and now a celebrity.
Isn't that really something for Sarah Palin, their mother, or Todd, their father, to do? The "kids" have two living parents, and probably don't need a bunch of virtual internet parents telling them what to do.
Hello, Charlie. Still mad about the ‘other’ Palin thread we disagreed on? Are you going to follow me around now? Will your other friends be dropping in now?
Which only goes to show that nothing posted online is ever private.
Good advice.
It actually applies here on Free Republic, too.
If anyone of us ever runs for office, for example, just finding out you are a member on Free Republic will ensure the driveby media blasts it to the high Heavens! Also, if you said ANYTHING controversial, they’ll whip that up to a mountain of a frenzy.
What makes you think I was mad on another thread? Do you have special feeling-sensing internet software or something?
She was 16 when this screen capture occurred. She is now 20.
No, Bristol is 20, Willow is 16. This (if it is real) is a very current discussion, including reference to DWTS.
boy, that's the truth.
A few yrs. ago I punched in my own name in the Google search.
Surprise surprise, comments I've made on FR were linked, along with other comments on a totally different website.
Been tempted to register on FB because so many friends and family are on it but so far have resisted.
