I don’t know if it is fair to compare, since she didn’t have a chance to be there.
On the other hand, I don’t expect any Palin supporters are going to stand up now and say they wish she had replaced one of the Republicans in the room.
I am in agreement with you..and I AM a big fan of Palin.

Our goal now should be to take back not the House but also the Senate. Dems are worried as Dr. Tom Coburn doesn’t have an opponent as of yet. Don’t think the Dems want to waste money in OK after Soros brought in big bucks and two consultants in 2008 to defeat Inhofe and lost it all as Inhofe won big.
During lunch, it appears his handlers told him to be nicer and to smile. So, he smiled one time after lunch. He’s a Chicago thug without a clue unless it involves deceipt.

I disagree,not because I like Palin (though I do) but because each of those men had BEEN PREPARED by aides. I think Palin isn’t quite as polished as she could be, but I also think it wouldn’t take her long to be up to par.

Sorry about your mom. My mom was found in the apartment at her assisted living facility four miles from me on Jan. 4.
The few weeks after that were really difficult. We didn’t know she was THAT ill, although she was failing. She was 72.
I think it’s easier when your loved one passes in the hospital. Much easier than being called to (and SEEING) the scene hours after she had gone.
But she was a nurse and the coroner was there and he was a man I knew from working in the ER at the local Trauma Center and he reminded me that Mom was a nurse and when people work in health care and see so much...they pray to go the way Mom went.
She was on the floor....but she probably just stood up, saw God’s white light and walked into his arms.
Not easy for us here to see the aftermath...but the Lord has her now.
Oh man, now Dingy Harry Reid is on Cspan-3 saying that Republicans did nothing but use talking points!
Here's what a Republican Pundit should say:
"Mr. President American Healthcare solutions are just like today: Democrats got twice as much time as Republicans. You came across as a great speaker and we brought substantive solutions to the table that haven't been listened to for fourteen months. Now, you want us - and the American People - to just shut up and take it."

It is ALL about the rationing - don’t let anybody sell you that it’s not. It is ALL about the death panels and pulling the plug on gramma - don’t let’em blow smoke up your butt. An expert in the field explained it to me very clearly recently.
Right now, they have to offer you life prolonging treatment, even if you’re at deaths door, and people take it. That’s why it can cost a million bucks in your last couple of weeks of life.
In a sane world, it would make sense to rein that in. In bizarro obamaworld, it means pull the plug on gramma.
