"Miss Me Yet?" Bush Merchandise a Hit Online Posted by Stephanie Condon

The cheery image of former President George W. Bush appeared on a billboard in Minnesota earlier this month, next to the words, "Miss me yet?" It appears a lot of people think it's a fair question.

The online store CafePress saw a spike in demand for items featuring the same image as the billboard, the New York Daily News reports. Ten "Miss Me Yet?" items were on the company's list of its top-selling designs, CafePress spokeswoman Jenna Martin told the Daily News.

"There were no Obama-themed designs on the list," she said. "Bush has stolen the political spotlight, just like Sarah Palin did the week before when she re-surfaced with crib notes written in her palm."

Many one fingered drivers wave as they go by. I wave back.

I give 'em the old three-fingered "W" sign - looks like a peace sign for a second and then you see their faces change. Heh heh...

You guys know that it's possible and likely for good solid conservatives and patriots to miss BOTH men?

I certainly hope you all do. I sure do.

That moment when he threw out the pitch, and the bull horn announcement at the WTC, were two of his finest moments, IMO.

I am really tired of people, like some on this thead, who always feel they must trash Bush.

No one is perfect, but President Bush had so many more positives than negatives, I don’t see why anyone would feel he/she had to bring it up.

I believe most of these people are tools of believing the main stream media that they go to such pains to trash.

Eight years of negative media about Bush made many of them too ... well ... dumb is harsh but ...

He saved us from terrorism
He was pro-life and pro-family
He truly loved his country and was a good, and religious man.
He lowered taxes.
His main faults started when he had to deal with a democrat congress.
The economy was excellent under Bush, and I firmly believe that the downfall started when it became apparent to business and the stock market that Obama would probably be elected.

Dumb is not too harsh. It's accurate.

There is a small group of people here who seem to have no identity in the entire world but that of Bush hater. They invade every positive thread with their drivel, as if they cannot tolerate the fact that the majority of conservatives have a great deal of respect for this man of integrity.

Are they leftists? Who knows? They say the same words, so if were a betting woman, I wouldn't want to waste money saying they were conservatives....

Was he the best President ever? No way, but following 9/11 God could not of sent us a better man to get us through those tough post 9/11 months.

President Bush Visits Yankee Stadium - “There he stood like a brick wall, saying I am not afraid of terrorist”.

Yes, that's what I love about him too. I defended him at every opportunity, not because I thought he was perfect. He certainly was not. Who is? But he had the focus and determination to fight Al Qaeda, and we needed that at that time.

God bless President George W. Bush. Yes, I miss him.

I’d like to see a “Miss US Yet?” product line with Dubya AND Bill Clinton.
There should be plenty of public domain photos of Dubya and Clinton
appearing together during their recent push for donations for Haiti.

Given the multitude of Democrats, Independents and a few Republicans
that now have “Buyer’s Remorse”, a Dubya/Bubba “Miss Us Yet” or a
“Remember The Good Old Days Without Hope And Change?” would probably
be Mega-Sellers.
