Prince Alwaleed bin Talal of Saudi Arabia is one of the largest foreign investors in the United States. Prince Alwaleed's nickname is "The Warren Buffett of the Gulf" and he is one of the world's richest people.

The Prince is a private entrepreneur and an international investor. The Prince was born to Prince Talal, son of the founding King of Saudi Arabia, Abdul Aziz Al Saud, and Princess Mona Al-Solh, Daughter of Lebanon's first Prime Minister. The Prince is the nephew of the Saudi Arabian King Abdullah.

The Carlyle Group counts Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Alsaud of Saudi Arabia, and Osama bin Laden's estranged family among its high-profile clientele.

HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal and trusts for his benefit hold major business investments in Citigroup, Carlyle Group (a company backed by an awful lot of bin Laden connected money), Coca-Cola, Pepsi Co Inc, McDonald`s Corp, Apple Computer Inc., Motorola, AOL Time Warner, Saks Inc., EuroDisney and Walt Disney Company, the Teledesic satellite venture.

1987 Bill Ayers solicited Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour (a.k.a. Donald Warden) to raise money for Obama’s Harvard Law School education. al-Mansour is an orthodox Muslim, a black nationalist, an outspoken enemy of Israel, and mentor to Black Panther Party founder Huey Newton and his cohort, Bobby Seale. At the time al-Mansour associate Percy Sutton was raising money for Obama’s education, al-Mansour was the top financial advisor to mega-billionaire Prince Alwaleed (Alwalid) bin Talal of the Saudi royal family.

1988-1991 Obama attended Harvard Law School.

Obama did not graduate from Columbia University, his degree was from Columbia College, a separate division of Columbia university, a kind of alternative school. It was a small campus and NO ONE from the school remembers him having been in their classes, no one at all. If he had been there someone would have remembered a black guy with an afro that didn’t talk much. You can’t major in political science without getting into discussions.

By the way, Bill Ayers lived withing a block and a half of the Columbia College campus when Obama was supposedly attending school there, but Obama was probably in Pakistan for most of the time.

That must have been awful. Our daughter left a candle burning in her room in a wooden candleholder. When the wax got to the wood and started it on fire she smelled it and put it out but something like that can happen so easily.

I’m glad you and the others in the building were kept safe. I’m sorry for the stuff you lost. I think the memories on DVD or photos would be the hardest material thing to lose.

Bin Talal provides some interesting dissonance in a perception of the Saudi royals. There may still be on Youtube an interview by a French reporter at Bin Talal’s palace from about fifteen years ago. His palace was reminiscent of a bad 70s movie set in Las Vegas. All of his aides were beautiful provocatively clad women. His 737 pilot was a beautiful young woman. He informed the attractive French reporter that the chadour (head cover) was optional inside the his palace. Mansour (Don Warden) seems very out of place, a dour, jihadi, black nationalist, in the glamorous big business world of Bin Talal. Mansour does lead a very comfortable life in San Antonio, almost as comfortable as the lives of neighbors, Obama, Rezko, Ayres and Farrakhan in Chicago. Are they all confidence men?
