In the United States, courts can, in fact, remove a chief executive officer of a government if that officer is found to be ineligible, according to a court precedent cited in an appeal of a California lawsuit that challenges Barack Obama's legitimacy in the White House.
A multitude of cases have been brought over the issue of Obama's eligibility. Some are by critics who have doubts about whether he was born in Hawaii in 1961 as he has written, and others are from those who question whether the framers of the Constitution specifically excluded dual citizens – Obama's father was a subject of the British crown at Obama's birth – from being eligible for the presidency.
The disputes revolve around the Constitution's demand that the president be a "natural born citizen."
Now in an appeal of a state court case in California that named as a defendant California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation is arguing that there already are two precedents that should be applied: one in a court case in which state officials removed from the ballot a nominee for president simply because he did not meet the Constitution's eligibility requirements.
"In 1968, the Peace and Freedom Party submitted the name of Eldridge Cleaver as a qualified candidate for president of the United States. The then-Secretary of State, Mr. Frank Jordan, found that, according to Mr. Cleaver's birth certificate, he was only 34 years old, one year shy of the 35 years of age needed to be on the ballot as a candidate for president," the brief, being filed this week, argues.

I believe that Obama is only half American. He’s half American and half Kenyan. But he’s all Marxist and all ass.

What I would like to know though is you believe in this idea that Obama is not a US citizen? Being upfront with you, I don’t buy it. I’ve talked to immigration law and citizenship experts from the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation - not exactly repositories of leftwing thought. They have all told me it’s bogus.
As far as getting rid of Obama, I believe one of the greatest chances of doing so - or at least severely discrediting him - involves the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case.
There is a hearing of the US Civil Rights Commission on Feb 12, I’ll be reporting from there - for my blog - since The Bulletin is essentially moribund.
If you’re not familiar with the case let me give you a synopsis:
Two members of the New Black Panther Party of Philadelphia stood outside a polling place in North Phila ( near where Walter Williams and Bill Cosby used to live). They were in full regalia. One carried a nightstick. The other was a credentialed member of the Phila Democratic Party.
It is alleged that the intimidate voters.
The Bush DOJ filed a civil action. The NBPP defaulted and DOJ won. The Obama DOJ dropped the suit against the NBPP and one member. It wristslapped the guy with the nightstick.
Reps Wolf and Smith, as well as the US Civil Rights Commission have asked for answers as to why this was done. Some information from DOJ career attorneys indicate it was political.
The Holder DOJ has stonewalled any inquiries.
I don’t think the DOJ would refuse subpoenas from the Civil Rights Comm. and Congressional inquiries unless they had a good reason.
I recall when I broke the ACORN NY Times piece the Republican congressman Sensenbrenner was afraid to pursue it. So the fact two Republican congressman are pursuing this tells me something too.

I think Obama was born in Hawaii—the newspapers seem proof enough BUT—I still want to see the long form birth certificate. Obama is hiding something! All that money he spent is reason to think that. I believe that his Mother and father were not married or that there is something on the document that Obama doesn’t want the people to see. By now any chance to get to the truth is gone—I am sure he faked up something with his ideologue friends in Hawaii to cover up any problem. I believe he hates England because if his papas MauMau roots. Sadly, I don’t think we can get rid of Obama as simple as this. We must dig harder to find scandal and corruption if we are to free ourselves of this egotist.
If his parents weren’t married at the time of the birth, Obama would have gone through legitimation - a process where the original birth certificate which shows the illegitimate birth is sealed and a new one is made showing that the parents were married at the time of birth.
So it isn’t being illegitimate that Obama is hiding.
The news announcements would only indicate that someone - either the DOH or a local registrar; at this point we don’t know which - had some kind of information about a birth. My gut-level feeling is that his birth was registered by a local registrar on the word of Madelyn Dunham - which would only be done because the child’s parents were unavailable to report the birth themselves. Why would that be the case, if Ann and Barack were both in Hawaii at the time?

I have no idea. But I doubt it would take much for Obama to prove he is, if he is. All he has to do is simply authorize the State of Hawaii to release his birth records to any credible news agency that asks for it so they can publish it. What could possibly be wrong in doing so?
look at it this way, after Obama is long gone do you want your future descendants not knowing the truth?

The fact that Kreep is handling this case should be enough to give any freeper the willies. This guy ain't straight. If I may make so bold: at one point I thought the other team might have been paying him.
Birthers, it boils down to this for your team. You want the Birth Certificate? Go to Hawaii with real lawyers and start suing the DOH. You have a right to that document and many others under the laws of the state of Hawaii. Once Kenya boy posted that whatchamacallit on his web site he actually waived any mythical "right to privacy," he didn't have anyway.
Constitutionalists: Keep supporting the lawyer not named Dr. Orly on the quest for a Writ of Quo Warranto from the Federal District court in DC. But be warned, by the time that team gets past the prevent defense to be staged by Eric Holder and other Affirmative Action Ani who are firmly in command, the de facto POTUS will be a grandfather.
Best Bet: Check and balance the impostor for the last two years of his term with solid Republican (!) majorities in House and Senate, Republican 10th Amendment governors, and Republican State Houses.
