Courts can remove ineligible chief executive - Precedent cited in appeal (certifigate)

In the United States, courts can, in fact, remove a chief executive officer of a government if that officer is found to be ineligible, according to a court precedent cited in an appeal of a California lawsuit that challenges Barack Obama's legitimacy in the White House.

A multitude of cases have been brought over the issue of Obama's eligibility. Some are by critics who have doubts about whether he was born in Hawaii in 1961 as he has written, and others are from those who question whether the framers of the Constitution specifically excluded dual citizens – Obama's father was a subject of the British crown at Obama's birth – from being eligible for the presidency.

The disputes revolve around the Constitution's demand that the president be a "natural born citizen."

Now in an appeal of a state court case in California that named as a defendant California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation is arguing that there already are two precedents that should be applied: one in a court case in which state officials removed from the ballot a nominee for president simply because he did not meet the Constitution's eligibility requirements.

"In 1968, the Peace and Freedom Party submitted the name of Eldridge Cleaver as a qualified candidate for president of the United States. The then-Secretary of State, Mr. Frank Jordan, found that, according to Mr. Cleaver's birth certificate, he was only 34 years old, one year shy of the 35 years of age needed to be on the ballot as a candidate for president," the brief, being filed this week, argues.

A subject of the British crown, eh? Just can’t imagine why the Founders would be leery of someone like that.

Maybe now that The Kenyan openly criticized the Supremes during his Sad State of the Union Teleprompter Demonstration, hopefully he ticked them off so much they will finally hear a case about his elegibility. They’ve protected him up to this point.

A subject of the British crown who doesn’t particularly care for Winston Churchill and has a terrific knack of being a cad to the Brits.

The way Obama runs government is very similar to how the Redcoats ran things though. How long are we gonna put up with it, is the bigger question.

Subject of the British Crown

Puppet of the Soros Clown

Cronies all from a corrupted Town

With Larry Sinclair he sure got Down

Is called black when he’s barely Brown

With former supporters who suddenly Drown

And a choir boy “buddy” found Face-Down

Whose wife looks like Bigfoot in a Gown

Mentored by marxists and commies of great Renown

Learned from Jesse and Al to Shakedown

The only one playing people for suckers here is World Net Daily with this birther bs.

Concentrate on the New Black Panther case. That’ll at least get rid of Holder if Obama doesn’t get snagged in this scandal.

I was passionate about the Birth Certificate issue for months and months. One day I woke up and told myself I had to detox from it-—and I forced myself to acknowledge that it was never going to go anywhere. I read it now, but try to stay dispassionate. I admire those who are still fighting to get the truth out. My guess is all will be revealed but much later, after he is out of office and all those folks in the state department that saw his passport leak the information. An even greater mystery is why our conservative news corps treats it like a hot potato, a subject too awful to be mentioned or debated. But you will drive yourself nuts trying to square a circle.

Looks like Eldridge Cleaver finally became president, well, at least a resonable facsimile.

I feel the same. I don’t think the BC issue will ever pan out, but I do support those who are still trying. Its a worthy cause, but a hopeless one. Bambi may just quit after the pubbies take over the house and a lot of seats in the senate next november. He will be effectively neutered.

A subject of the British crown, eh? Just can’t imagine why the Founders would be leery of someone like that.

Even after we broke free of King George III in 1776, we still had to dodge the royal bullet from others who wanted to rule America before we ratified our Constitution 13 years later.

In between 1776 and 1789, monarchs like Prince Henry of Prussia, and the Bishop of Osnaburgh (2nd son of George III), tried to “invite themselves” to become America’s new king. Europeans of the time could not fathom how a people could exist without a monarch to lead them.

Because of fear of foreign influence — and traitors still loyal to the Royal Crown trying to infiltrate from within like Benedict Arnold — leaders like John Jay (the first Chief Justice), George Washington and others saw the insertion of the “Natural-born citizen” clause as a means to shackle our new republic so foreign nobility and influence could not infiltrate our government’s Executive branch. A rarely known fact is that the NBC requirement was also part of the compromise brokered in summer 1787 to have one person serve in the Executive branch versus having THREE Executors.

Now, fast forward 221 years to 2008 ...

Obama is the first candidate not to accept matching campaign contributions from the Presidential Election Campaign Fund (PECF).

Obama received $778.6 million from the 2008 election — mostly in August and September, with $150 million coming from unidentified donors using untraceable gift cards through his website.

More than 37,000 Obama donations appear to be conversions of foreign currency. Also, more than 2,000 donors had contributed in excess of the $4,600 limit for individuals per election cycle.

One final note ... as Obama did NOT take money from the PECF, he is not subject to any investigation by the FEC as to who, and from where, his campaign money came.

We're going to drag the marxist quisling out by his ears.

Ever see the Eastwood movie "Heartbreak Ridge"? If so, I envision some guy resembling "Swede", along with a big Somoan Sergeant. Course one of them would be enough, but two just in case.

Swede was played by Peter Koch, first round draft (1984) pick as defensive end for the Bengals. :) The movie was released in 1986.
