If healthcare passes the socialist coup d'etat has advanced beyond the point of no return!
Dec 19, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!

There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.

The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.

The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.

The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.

Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.

It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!

It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

From May. For the fiscal year thus far, corporate income tax collections are down almost 57%. http://www.fms.treas.gov/mts/mts0309.txt

We simply need to cut loose California, Hawaii, the entire Northeast (New England, New York State, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.) Also, the LP of Michigan, Northern Ohio, Northern Indiana and Northern Illinois. The rest would be ours.

Off topic, I know, but the other day, my comcast home page had a slide show of the happiest states. The least happiest were all liberal states. Most of the happiest were red states. Hmmmmm.

Obama and the hard left Dems WANT a totalitarian government. The ruling class, like the Obamas and Clintons, feel it is their moral right to control everything and everyone “for the common good.”

Elections will get suspended or canceled under a pretense of a national emergency. But only if they can’t cheat and intimidate voters.

Black Panthers, La Raza, Greens, Unions, etc all hate America and want to take it over and rob it blind.

Wait a minute! We elected Obama and the Black Panthers, La Raza, Greens, Unions, etc have already taken over and are currently robbing it blind. In the name of “social justice” and “the common good.”

The next “Tea Party” in D.C. needs a change of flavor.

Instead of peaceful middle-Americans carrying signs, we need to shut the place down.
There you go ..Ive been saying this for a year now

A year or so ago Jim Rob threw me off here for a month because I kept saying we need another Boston Tea Party .
Look where we’re at now.
Next Tea Pary leave grandma and the kids home. That was a bad idea from the word go. They laughed at us. This go go with 1 million angry men ..shut the F*cking Place Down

We are close to losing it permanently.

It can still be overturned in the Supreme Court.

That helped open the dividing crack in this country, I agree. Then the liberal left tore it wide apart when Bush got elected and never let up for 8 years. And had the nerve to blame it on our side when we tried to defend ourselves.

There is no such thing as the point of no return. Things just get more difficult to reverse.

The problem is, most Americans have grown completely dependent or ignorant. Only a few would uprise. (not enough) The result would be much like the one recently in Iran.

One of our best hopes is for another international Islamist attack, or even one here in a major city. But the best scenario would be one in a major oil producing country. The resulting 200 plus dollars for a barrel of oil would accelerate the damage done here much faster. There would be mobs demanding that the government do something. Another certain financial meltdown would happen, only worse this time because no other country would back our currency.

Hypothetical scenarios are what they are, so hopefully, some miracle will occur and we can stop this before it gets to that point.

Maybe it’s NOT a political leader we need.
We have to approach RUSH < BECK < LEVIN and have a sit down with them ..They reach MILLIONS AND MILLIONS ..THAT is the kind of power we need to harness. Imagine if those 3 put their necks on the line and organized a massive national strike , tax strike, boycotts , sit ins, block traffic , block the halls of congress. we need world wide headlines and we need to show these punk bastards in congress we mean business. They will shit themselves if we do this . They are massive cowards.
Pick one person a week and make that persons life HELL.
where are the conservative versions of Soros?
There MUST be a billionaire conservative somewhere who can fund th erevolution.

Here's some free advice: drink less coffee. Discard the emotional reactions and think logically. What are the incontrovertible facts?

Why was TARP passed last year despite massive opposition? Because if Congress hadn't bailed out the banks, the US would have suffered a 30%+ contraction in GDP. That means all levels of government, ranging from Leviathan all the way down to the smallest districts, would have gone bankrupt.

No more pensions. No more gov't jobs. No more welfare. School closures. Food shortages. In short, chaos.

So what was achieved by going "all in" to the tune of $12 trillion dollars in expenditures/commitments? One year. That's all they got, one lousy year! Now there's no more money in the kitty; there aren't any more buyers of debt. All they will be able to do is print. So here it comes again, round II, and boy, will it be a doozy.

You think "they" will go for a complete power grab. Let me ask you a question: how do they finance it (ie pay their "employees")? With freshly printed pieces of toilet paper aka 'dollar bills'? Har, har. The erstwhile enforcers will have enough problems on their hands trying to get their own families fed & protected.

Here's how it plays out in real simple terms. We don't produce enough real wealth to afford our military. Faced with this reality, they will have no other choice but to make their move. They will have to disband almost all forms of fed gov't like welfare, UI, food stamps, SS, etc, and be forced to allow the states to go their own way(s). There will be an opt-in to form a new union to provide mutual protection.

The states will resume their natural legitimacy. We will be right back where we started in 1786 with a loose alliance of regional 'colonies' who will have to determine to what extent they wish to organize. We will see a return to regional/state currency, taxation & trade.

There are simply not enough resources to hold the center. We will come apart just like the USSR. We cannot fight (nor do we want to) the iron clad rules of nature.

I agree most Americans are lazy and ignorant. Education of the masses is also a part of what we need to do . Glen Beck must be praised in his efforts.
I wouldn’t wait for a terrorist attack. They wont do it now because they know if will weaken the present Islamic Friendly administration.
I wouldn’t wait for a miracle either .

Obviously I agree with your overall analysis. But the big gorilla in the living room is how much patience I—and people like me—have with allowing the Marxists to fail on their own and the damage to our country —not to mention ours kids and future generations—taht will entail.

In any case, these tyrants will not go quietly—or even when its tme—IMHO. They will not accept they are not the smartest and most moral people in the universe. They’re whole lives have been built on adolescent thinking and lies. The Marxists will have a colossal tantrum rather than admit they wasted their lives.

The only question is how destructive the tantrum will be.
