Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!

There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.

The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.

The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.

The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.

Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.

It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!

It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

65 years ago today my uncle was freezing his feet off during the Battle of the Bulge

My Dad's unit was there. It was one of the "green" units sent to that "quite" area of the front. But he wasn't with them, he was in the hospital in Le Havre, France, getting his appendix out.

Keep in mind, Patriots, that we are not just fighting a handful of communists. We must look to our neighbors who continuously elect these communists and then make THEM hurt. People must become VERY AFRAID to vote liberal... Just like South America. Liberal? Disappear into the night...

And for all the tax-cheats in Congress and the Senate (and the White House)....let’s make an example of them. Instead of letting them off with the usual “ooops, a little oversight” slap on the wrist, let’s allow all the people whose lives the IRS has literally destroyed over the years see that our elected officials will be held to a higher standard....

You are going to take all the fun out of our armchair revolution if you insist upon pointing out the only actual approach that will work.

The beast is empowered to come and take your money. Very few people do not have taxes withheld from their paychecks. Yes, we could all increase our deductions, but that wouldn't last long before they plugged that leak, by regulation rather than a messy old law.

Besides, the way these things work, the actual legitimate, that is Constitutional, functions would be the first to go.. in fact they already are. All governments do that. At the local level, police fire and recreational facilities (pools, parks, etc) are the first to go when belts must be tightened. They don't cut "social services" to illegal aliens. At the state level they cut highways, health and safety matters, and leave welfare.

The Boston Tea Party was, indeed, an illegal act against private property. Where’s the equivalent of the East Indies Company in 2010?

Look at the Constitution. It is what we must follow, ourselves. Where is there any support for “distasteful” actions?

We will use the freedom of speech, of assembly, and the election of our representative republic to overturn and, if necessary, to punish un-Constitutional legislators.

And there’s a damn good reason why it doesn’t say what the government ‘must’ do on our behalf. Because the government mustn’t do ANYthing on our behalf except provide for our national security. That’s it. Too bad Zero is too stupid (or too Marxist) to get that.

And if that government can’t or won’t provide for our national security (ie by being pc or soft on terrorists), then that government needs to STFU and know its’ place.

Government works for us, Zero. Not the other way around. WE tell government what it must or must NOT do....based on the constitution.

Oh, and the Constitution is not a limitation on citizens it's a limitation on government so the government is the only entity that can break it. We need to by whatever means possible ensure it doesn't get broken. That's what many here are trying to say.

Basically it all boils down to CONSUMERS vs. PRODUCERS.

The lazy entitlement-fed socialist-minded libbies in our society think that America and American business has such deep pockets that it can absorb anything.

On the other side (PRODUCERS/CAPTALISTS) there are so many pissed off people who work hard & risk their capital. These people know they have to shoulder the burden for the rest of the greedy liberals who want a free ride.

Wasn’t it Ross Perot who said during the 1992 Pres campaign, “Some of you who are sitting in the wagon need to get out and help push it...”

So I think one of the best strategy is to turn up the Tea Party pressure a notch. We need huge protest rallies in Washington and every city.

A friend of mine who is a Mexican gardener with a legit green card and a superb capitalist told me his wife voted for Obama, but now both she and he are pissed at Obama.

He said how much do you think strawberries & lettuce will cost if the growers have to provide health care for all their workers??

There are a lot of pissed off people in this country. Harness that energy and we can effect change in Washington.

Yes, people allude to violence, but then the liberal MSM will make a field day and label Tea Partiers as “extremists.”
