Twelve people have been killed and 31 wounded in a shooting spree at a Texas military base by what officials believe was possibly carried out by an Army officer.

The suspected gunman was identified by ABC News as Major Malik Nadal Hasan.

The shooter was killed and two other suspects, who are also soldiers, have been apprehended, Lt. Gen. Robert W. Cone said.

The gunman used two handguns, Cone said. He wasn't sure if the shooter reloaded the weapons during the attack.

Just heard Cavuto interviewing a reporter, and the reporter said they had one (1) in custody, another surrounded by a SWAT Team and rumor that there might be one more shooter.

Reporter said it was a 41 year old male and that was it. No further description. ROP?

I do not question that the FBI can do the investigation, but they are not needed in stopping the damage. The personnel at HOOD are well trained to do that.

But you are correct in following the trail and connecting the dots.

But the FBI is not “in charge”.
