Twelve people have been killed and 31 wounded in a shooting spree at a Texas military base by what officials believe was possibly carried out by an Army officer.
The suspected gunman was identified by ABC News as Major Malik Nadal Hasan.
The shooter was killed and two other suspects, who are also soldiers, have been apprehended, Lt. Gen. Robert W. Cone said.
The gunman used two handguns, Cone said. He wasn't sure if the shooter reloaded the weapons during the attack.
Just converting to islam should of threw up a red flag!!!!
3 shooters
Total Disgrace — Fox News doesn’t have the guts to put the name on the air. Kay B Hutchinson doesn’t have the guts to say it.

Pakastani? Why would you say that.
It’s just a TEXAN name!
OTH, if his name were Mike Jones or Adam Smith they would have told us right away. Shep’s reluctance tells us all we need to know.
The media’s gonna pull the musn’t- show- the- people- too- many- jumper- photos trick again. Protecting us from ourselves, ya know.
they say there were 2 other shooters..in custody..i bet u they are converts to islam too
B.S. These radical terrorists want to make it seem that our military wants to pull back and stop treading into the sandbox overseas. They WANT to destroy America from within. They want to blend into OUR society for years and years at a clip. To strike us in unexpected places.
However, don't think for a minute that WE didn't know about these folks. I mentioned earlier that a family member of a friend is a TX Ranger, and THEY were at this ceremony. Our intelligence KNEW something was coming to a head, which is why these people were already there!
This Ranger is confirmed safe and was po'd on the phone to family. No doubt, something went horribly wrong, or took an unexpected turn.
Our so-called leaders are not telling you the truth. If this wasn't terrorism, I'll eat my freakin' keyboard.
Thank you everyone for the prayers and best wishes. Have been in text contact with my friend, and all members of the 135th out of Birmingham/Anniston,AL are safe and accounted for.
They were at the SRC today, but were not involved in the shooting incident.
If there's going to be a backlash because of the name, are they going to stop it by hiding it for a few hours longer>
This makes no sense, since other media outlets have released it.
AP is reporting there were “dual shootings”, and two other suspects are in custody. Any news on the other location(s) and how many victims were involved there?
I’m only hearing about this dead Maj. Hasan at the moment
Praise the Lord! Thanks for the update, commish.
if that was his facebook you are correct
all I could find regarding transcript— NO EMOTIONS AT ALL.

AP) WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama on Thursday called a mass shooting at a Texas Army base “a horrific outburst of violence.”
“We will make sure that we get answers to every single question about this horrible incident,” the commander in chief said. “We are going to stay on this.”
He said it’s a tragedy to lose a soldier overseas and even more horrifying when they come under fire at an Army base on American soil.
The Army says 12 people were killed and more than 30 wounded at the Army base at Fort Hood, Texas.
Obama also said his thoughts and prayers are with the wounded and families of the fallen
Of course, terrorism isn't at fault, nor is the ROP.....according to the appeasers on TV.
Getting hard to post, I keep timing out. Like during 9/ll.
Fox and Shep are so out of it on the commentary part that I'm switching over to (ugh) CNN or PMSNBC.
Leni
my local news here in Indy did a break-in to give the name
Perry has no idea about the facts or what he is talking about! Geeees he say nine dead and we know it is 12!
Names don’t match.
Prayers for these soldiers and their families and also for the civilian officer and his family too.
“Imagine if Bush went on TV and responded like that.”
We could just imagine the grief and concern that W would have had. He loved our troops and they loved him.
