The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14. These figures mark the lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for this President. The previous low of -12 was reached on July 30 (see trends).
Prior to today, the number who Strongly Approved of the President’s performance had never fallen below 29%. Some of the decline has come from within the President’s own party. Just 49% of Democrats offer such a positive assessment of the President at this time.
At the other end of the spectrum, today’s total for Strongly Disapprove matches the highest level yet recorded. The 41% mark was reached just once before and that came one week ago today. Seventy percent (70%) of Republicans now Strongly Disapprove along with 49% of those not affiliated with either major party.

The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). Updates also available on Twitter and Facebook.
Overall, 48% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) now disapprove.

He could be well below an overall 30 percent approval rate by 2012.

Executive Order 10995: All communications media are to be seized by the Federal Government. Radio, TV, newspapers, CB, Ham, telephones, and the internet will be under federal control. Hence, the First Amendment will be suspended indefinitely.
Executive Order 10997: All electrical power, fuels, and all minerals well be seized by the federal government.
Executive Order 10998: All food resources, farms and farm equipment will be seized by the government. You will not be allowed to hoard food since this is regulated.
Executive Order 10999: All modes of transportation will go into government control. Any vehicle can be seized.
Executive Order 11000: All civilians can be used for work under federal supervision.
Executive Order 11490: Establishes presidential control over all US citizens, businesses, and churches in time of "emergency."
Executive Order 12919: Directs various Cabinet officials to be constantly ready to take over virtually all aspects of the US economy during a State of National Emergency at the direction of the president.
Executive Order 13010: Directs FEMA to take control over all government agencies in time of emergency. FEMA is under control of executive branch of the government.
Executive Order 12656: "ASSIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS RESPONSIBILITIES", "A national emergency is any occurrence, including natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergency that seriously degrades or seriously threatens the national security of the United States. Policy for national security emergency preparedness shall be established by the President." This order includes federal takeover of all local law enforcement agencies, wage and price controls, prohibits you from moving assets in or out of the United States, creates a draft, controls all travel in and out of the United States, and much more.
Martial law can be declared due to natural disasters, Y2k Crisis, Stock Market crash, no electricity, riots, biological attack, .... anything leading to the breakdown of law and order.
Now often is claimed 2nd amendment, and we the people. The reality is, in order to fight back, we the people need to be organized. To do that we need to communicate with each other. Do a Scroogle search of "Echelon" and "Carnivore" and you'll realize that our very presence here at FR has put us all on some government list.
The type of organizing as a whole would have to be hugh. Hugh enough to make a very noticable blip on some government agency radar screen.
Next, the US government already has in place trained people to partially handle this. They're called the US military. Already 20,000 (I believe the number is) Army personel are slated for duty for urban training IN the US.
Now granted 20k isn't a lot when it comes to stopping an entire rioting nation. But you must remember, not everyone will take up arms. The ones that do will be both pro and anti government. So the military for one, just has to let the 2 sides fight it out amongst themselves for awhile.
Next the military is already organised and armed, they just have to deploy where needed. The patriots must organise and arm themselves. Remember, the army already has better toys than most civilians. And remember Echelon and Carnivore? How do the patriots organise and communicate without the government knowing.
Next is the wild card that starts changing everything on both sides.
The military is our own flesh and blood. Sons, daughters, moms, dads, bothers, sisters, family and friends. How quick are patriots going to be to pull the trigger on our own, who initially will be just trying to keep the peace? Which then follows with, how many in the military will be willing to fire on their own, once it becomes clear its not about keeping peace?
This is where things get dicey. Our full military is "convieniently" out of the country. Fully occupied in two theatres. To recall them home isn't an option. IF the US has a meltdown "requiring" martial law, or it has a civil war, the ENTIRE world will be affected. And not for the good. It will be in the best interest of the world, for the situation in the US to be brought under SOMEONES control. Can we all say UNITED NATIONS.
Now granted, the UN couldn't grab its own a$$ with both its hands tied behind its back. So where would it turn to handle this sitution?
What would be the biggest problem for the US military? It was mentioned earlier. Firing on its own people. SO! Bring in foreign soldiers who would have NO PROBLEM firing on US citizens.
In Phsyops, you want to remove as much relating with the enemy as possible. To see them as less then human or as little as yourself as possible. Bring in a foreign military, and they are no longer brothers and sisters fight family and friends. If they look different even better, to not see them as yourself.
There is ONE nation who fits this role perfectly. They are also the one nation who has a vested interest in what happens here. And they are the only nation on earth with a military large enough to control our populace. CHINA.
China owns so much of the US debt, they can't afford the US to collapse to nothing. They NEED a functioning US. They don't want our properties and infrastuctures destroyed, because THEY OWN many of them.
People like Breshnev, Kissinger, and Rockefeller feel that Obama is the perfect man to usher in "The New World Order". This is something that they've been pushing for, for some time.
Do I think this is going to happen? I don't know. I've been aware of martial law EO's for a little while, and they scare me. The Chineses aspect never occured to me until I started writing this. When you look at the puzzle as a whole, instead of a couple of pieces, its seems like a possibility.
What I do know is, that no matter what happens, without divine intervention, this nation as we know it will soon cease to exist.

I don’t think the Dhimmis believe armed revolts are a likely consequence. They are ordinary politicians who think they can ram through unpopular legislation in the fall of ‘09 and by the fall of ‘10 citizen anger will fade and normal voting patterns will prevail in the mid-term election. They’ll have a year to propagandize and demagogue the issue and since voters have shown themselves to have short memories in the past, the Dhimmis think we’ll calm down enough in the coming months to cause them only small losses in Congress.
If they do the cramdown, it’s up to us to keep the fires of outrage well-stoked.
The unspoken Dhimmi plan seems to be to kill off the irritable old folks and replace them in their coalition with more docile illegal aliens, made voters after an amnesty bill is rammed through before too much longer.

Now people who supported him, even mildly, are starting to wonder what the heck these CommuFascists are doing.
This is the time to bring up the RECORD of Dear Leader over and over- from his hundred votes of “present” to his FAILURE to propose ANY legislation in the Senate, to his support of infanticide in IL, hiding all his records and history and especially the ASSOCIATES he CHOSE.
This is a “teachable moment” for the vast number of Americans who don’t really pay any attention to politics. We need to educate them that duplicating this debacle is the most certain way to get bad leaders in the future. Perhaps they will pay more attention in the future.
It is also a good time to point out that the OldMedia FAILED to educate them about all of those things I put in my second paragraph (and more) if they claim they never heard that. The liberal OldMedia did a great disservice to THEM by being strictly a cheerleader and a mouthpiece for the Democrats.
