The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14. These figures mark the lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for this President. The previous low of -12 was reached on July 30 (see trends).
Prior to today, the number who Strongly Approved of the Presidents performance had never fallen below 29%. Some of the decline has come from within the Presidents own party. Just 49% of Democrats offer such a positive assessment of the President at this time.
At the other end of the spectrum, todays total for Strongly Disapprove matches the highest level yet recorded. The 41% mark was reached just once before and that came one week ago today. Seventy percent (70%) of Republicans now Strongly Disapprove along with 49% of those not affiliated with either major party.

The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). Updates also available on Twitter and Facebook.
Overall, 48% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) now disapprove.

ROFLOL!!! Hope and Changey is tanking big time. I still think the srongly disapprove is higher then 41% but seeing the strongly approve down to 27% makes me day!
Are we talking about the USA on the planet Earth? I won't argue with you, where there is no common ground.
Yep!
He campaigned on “hope” and “change” alrighty!
Problem is, folks are seein’ what he’s changin’,
and they are NOT likin’ it ONE BIT!
Folks are jumpin’ ship from APPROVE to DISAPPROVE,
and thus his numbers are tankin’ big time.
He got off to a FAST start, and the results?:
1. Poll numbers nosediving FAST!
2. Shoved Jimmah Cahtah into second place as the
“WORST” President ever!
Hussein’s days are numbered. Call him “One-term Hussein”!
Just remember the Reagan approach with “The Shining City Upon a Hill” and stay positive about our hope for the future of America — cut the Government waste, shrink Government, bring out one of the health plans like Dr. Coburn/Burr’s/Ryan/Nunes, “The Patient’s Choice Act of 2009” — you know the bill we have all heard about by the media and we can win big. Fiscal conservatism is a must along with a willing spirit to fight against the move by this Administration toward socialism. If a candidate doesn’t have a backbone to stand up for the Constitution, no need to run.
BTW, here is the info on the bill that is so widely known submitted in May (sarcasm):

ROFLMHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dying laughing at the PO_ _S!
Crash and burn!
We need a charismatic conservative to take him to the woodshed in 2012 but who? Allen and Sanford imploded. I love Palin but she makes a better VP than POTUS candidate. I guess DeMint but he's a little...boring. Maybe someone from the House. Murphy, Cantor, ..??? Bachmann is a little ...shrill.
THirteen percentage points to rock bottom (he’ll always have 35% Drones to prop him up)
I predicted this. IF he’s at -10 for three straight days he’s reached the tipping point...
I generally look at the strongly categories as the toughest to move. Instinctively, it would seem most likely that a move into strongly disapprove would be pretty permanent, unless it is the moonbats temporarily disheartened, but looking anxiously for a reason to switch back. The strongly approve are the hardcore liberals, and even a move into the approve category might be encouraging. Or not....
+++++++++++++
Given the overall population has about 30% bammy cultists...it’s the other 70% we’re mainly concerned with. Of those - say around 15 - 18% ‘somewhat approve’ and about 10 - 15% ‘somewhat disapprove’ and 41% now ‘strongly disapprove’.
That means that 29% or so are in the somewhat approve, somewhat disapprove category - that is where we’ll see further movement to ‘strongly disapprove’ and what will cause electoral gains in 11/2010.
It’s amazing that 80% of the ‘disapprove’ in Rasmussen’s poll now ‘strongly disapprove’ which leads me to think that once you figure out who BHO is, there’s a very strong likelihood you will strongly disapprove.
All of these are good trends.
Another good trend that I’m seeing at work. Bammy is no longer as ‘cool’ among the twenty somethings I work with (I’m 43 - so I still am fairly able to interact with that crowd on some level). They are not talking about him as much, nor wearing his T-shirts. If it’s no longer cool to support Obama, it won’t be cool to support his insane legistlation, either.
I think they’re starting to become embarassed by him, meaning we could see a real shift in that population, that are basically ignorant in their politics and gave Bammy a ‘shout out’ as the first black president (that’s about what it amounted to for a lot of these that bothered to vote.)
The dog probably ran away by now.
-14?Does that mean hes so bad,that dead people cant even stand him?
++++++++++++
His poll numbers are about 6 feet under - even they’re being affected!
Why would that idea die? It is an idea that needs to be worked into - slowly as events unfold (or made to unfold). The people who you seem to be counting on to explain all this to Him are the very people who would most favor such an idea. When people like that are given power, it is the end and the means that are important not their lives, c.f. the Russian Revolution.
As far as citizen being armed to the teeth, remember the philosophy of “kill them all and let G-d sort it out” - they would not hesitate (once that far) to eliminate whole swaths of population, c.f. China's Cultural Revolution.
Hussein does not care if He polls a minus 80 in every category. He controls the government, the military, and all means of communication within the country. During the American Revolution both sides had parity in communications - today this is no longer true. There is no way to tell a large group of people what is happening let alone coordinate plans, if Hussein shuts down all private communications, as He can.
As far as the ‘entity’ being useful goes, what does it take to drop some HE ordinance or fire a minigun? There are more than a few people in and out of the Mil who would be only too happy to show the ‘how to’s’ to volunteer cannon fodder. Most Mil training comes in how to survive a fire fight, but if the volunteers survival is not an issue, what then?
“the fastest and most thorough way to destroy a machine is to run it the way it is supposed to go, but much faster than it is designed to run.”
Which is exactly what Hussein is doing.... You misinterpret which machine is being destroyed here. They hold the power which they will not willingly give up - especially to ignorant voters. This is their one big chance, and they are going to do whatever it takes to make their visions come true, polls and citizens be damned.
Oh they MAY BE in denial, but the question they need to axe themselves is Why do they feel the need to poll their guy in the first place?
+++++++++++++++
Push polling - to try to prop him up for another month or two (tops.) All polls are coming down.

But Obama seems to be off the reservation.
Obama's agenda is Soros' agenda. The only reason why Soros would be pissed at Obama is that he and Rahm and Axelrod have botched it, not because Obama is "off the reservation".
Push polling - to try to prop him up for another month or two (tops.) All polls are coming down.
++++++++++++
Also, as you most surely all know, but bears repeating - most of the higher returning polls only poll ‘adults’ vs. ‘likely voters’ or ‘registered voters’ - which are much more accurate reflections of electoral standing.
Many ‘adults’ (like about half) don’t even bother to vote - so their opinion is likely uninformed, ignorant and apathetic.
Exactly. Also, it's one thing for voters to look past the faults of a candidate who campaigns on "change" in the abstract. It becomes impossible for voters to overlook those faults anymore when that same candidate accedes to power in office & the specific changes he institutes hit home right where the same voters live.
As Fred Barnes just noted in his latest piece in the Weekly Standard, "Death of a Salesman":
Being president isn't easy. A candidate can get away with speeches that are glib and vague. A president can't. "It's easy to sell ice cream," says Don Stewart, the spokesman for Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell. "It's hard to sell rum raisin ice cream." Obama's problem is he hasn't learned the difference.
Barack Obama's undoing just might be the tritely nebulous sloganeering he chose to employ during his campaign - it's come back to haunt him & it's now exactly that much vaunted 'change' which is now scaring the bejeebers out of many of the very people who voted for it now that they're looking at its precise terms up close & personal.
48% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the Presidents performance.
How on Earth can this be true after all the Marxist Thug has done in the last seven months? No wonder that he operates on the basic principle that the American people are stupid. The evidence supports that principle.
++++++++++++++++++
Probably 100% of that 48% voted for him. It’s quite hard to admit you’re wrong. That’s human nature. I think that’s what you’re seeing, along with some percentage of apathy and ignorance (stupidity if you like.)
