Could this be the source document for the Kenya birth certificate?
There are some uncanny similarities.
In fact a family tree web site should say something else about this Bromford ...who did he begat? who begat him?
Go here —
http://www.bomford.net/worcestershire/treeannotated.htm#David_Jeffrey_Bomford (page modified July 9, 2009)
— and click on the “b” as in born. The doc will come up there.
Also, as someone else pointed out, in 1964 in East Africa the currency was divided into pounds, shillings and cents, with each shilling equal to 100 cents.
In 1964 in Australia they were still using pounds, shillings and pence (they didn’t move to the Australian dollar until 1966).
So the 7 shillings, 6 pence cost listed at the top is perfectly consistent for Australia, but wrong for Kenya.

Two other birth documents from the same site.
But different Deputy Registrars, however, they both have the same page number and same Book number.
That picture of Eric Lavender was taken in Nov 2004 when he was visiting a mission in Uganda, which borders Kenya to the west.
E F Lavender signed the Kenyan birth certificate in 1964 ...
Without talking to him, it’s very plausible looking at his age that it’s the same person on the same continent.
So this would mean that the other similar docs WND supposedly has are also fakes...?
I apologize.

NOTE: DAVID GEOFFREY BOMFORD - TRACES ANCESTORS BACK TO 1500’S.
I'd like to see the other birth documents WND has. Can't really comment on them without seeing them.
So, is he real E. F. Lavender still around?
Just noticed a couple of things:
The name of the deputy registrar is Oduya, begins with “O” - ends with “a.”
His signature uses an overly large “O” and a trailing “a” - similar to BHOs signature.
I’m beginning to think he wasn’t even born.
He “appeared” which, hey, he’s got to be the anti-something or other.
Half kidding.
How exactly did you come across this?
Just curious...
Face it, we’ve been pwned by the boys at the DUmp.
Looks like they were up against the edge of the form. Pulled the carriage a little to the right to make the key hit to the left a little to fit.
Looks like the template for the fake one.
Thanks
