There are now modified photos of the COLB that broke here yesterday. The changes are so slight, that no one is noticing them.

The changes are so subtle, you can barely tell which one you are looking at.
This modified one is showing jokes like: The Font of the Certificate=Schmutz (A Schmutz is a chump, as in you are a chump) #5733=The number of the Certificate, is code for : "Problem with Windows REGISTRY", a sly reference to your claim that Obama does not appear on the Hawaii Live Birth Registry. 47O44=Easiest of all. BOH's age=47 0=O (if you look close you can tell that that is a Schmutz Font "Oh" not "Zero") EF Lavender is ORGANIC DISH SOAP
The original one does not say EF Lavender, it says KF Lavender. The original one shows the number is: 47,644.

Or so it would seem. Unless book 44B is code for Births records in British colonies or something.
It’s quite possible that British (shillings/pence) currency was used interchangably with the local (shillings/cents) currency.
It’s also possible that there was some confusion in the printing of these forms (they may well have been printed in Mother England).
If other similar forms ever do show up that are known to be genuine, then we can feel better about this one.

Your two suggestions seem plausible - especially as they were Brits administering Kenyans. Perhaps the designations were biased toward Great Britain, on government matters.
It certainly would help to see other forms from this era.

The difference is obvious and critical, not subtle, and not just for Taitz. FReepers who have been investigating the hell out of this document are not repeatedly posting "IT'S REAL! WE CAN STOP LOOKING NOW!", as the left seems to believe, but have worked extremely hard to get information that might conclusively prove the document false.
Actually, it does. At high zoom, you are just magnifying the JPEG artifacts and averaging errors. Such a magnified image is actually harder for the human eye to read. It confuses the human visual system, keeping it from seeing the forest for the trees, so to speak.
To see what I mean, look at this. Then step back across the room from your monitor and look again.
If you zoom into a small image of a face, expecting to count the zits, you not only can't see the zits, the face itself becomes harder to recognize. Same goes for text.
The above image by the way illustrates the effect of magnifying averaging errors. It contains no JPEG artifacts. They just compound the problem.

OK, now it is obvious why this fake was created.
It sucked in the attorney.
It was submitted to the court before the facts were verified.
That makes a complete fool of the lawyer who submitted it.
So everyone needs to cool it and work on Obummer, the Fascist, from another angle, one that has documentation.
The history and the beliefs of the czars is a really good place to start. Their past is documented in the form of books they wrote, speeches they made, etc.
