Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

The letter you think is actually an i, because of the angle it appears as an l.
The top photo shows thetop of the d covered by the burger. The placement should show the top of the d in the second, but doesn’t.
Top stain leans to the right, bottom straight up.
havent been on this site in awile— catchin up on the BC stuff.. it looks like the bomford BC is what the trouble is huh..
is’nt that the kenyan ID# at the top of the BC? since kenyans dont have SS#— wouldnt the SS office have his BC on file when he applied for SS number?
Every document filed in federal court has a number at the top identifying the case. In this case, the number (which you can see on Orly's motion and also on the judge's order striking that motion) is "SACV09-00082-DOC (Anx)". That means it was a civil case ("CV"-- a criminal case would say "CR"), filed in the Santa Ana division of the Southern District of California ("SA"), that it was the 82nd case filed in that division in 2009, and that it is assigned to Judge David O. Carter ("DOC") and to Magistrate Arthur Nakazato ("Anx"-- "x" being the code for "magistrate").
He has another judge assisting him on this case ?
Every federal case is assigned to a District Judge (a "real" judge, appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate, and serving for life), and also to a Magistrate Judge (a "junior judge," not appointed by the President but elected by the district judges in that district for a 10-year term). Magistrate Judges do not handle trials or rule on motions which decide cases (unless all parties consent), but they assist the judge in ruling on discovery issues and the like ("nondispositive motions").
Good to know .. thanks.. Is it common for
the Magistrate Judge to issue the order and
sign it rather than the Dist. Ct. Judge or
is this an anomoly?
Thank you, hoosiermama -- I think you may win the prize!
All three of these images were cropped in Photoshop. They have NOT been altered from their original images.
Sent you the fr mail before the picture finished downloading.(dang dial up)....just in case you think I was influence by the visual...I wasn’t, but am thinking more in that line now.
This was a discovery motion, not a motion to dismiss or for summary judgment, so it went to the Magistrate Judge, not the District Judge.
Thank you ... do you practice in that court ?
BUMP
What can I say? I assume you recognize that I have many of the same views.
What you would like to do was get conclusive proof that he was born in Kenya on the table in full view of the American people and see if you can force the political establishment to say, "yes, he isn't a citizen; but we are just going to ignore the Constitution with respect to this issue."
George II got away with his proposition that the Constitution is just another piece of paper because the issue to which the comment was addressed was not clearly visible.
This issue gets down to pretty clear--particularly under circumstances where they have resisted as hard as they have--when the dam breaks, it will be a significant shift of material proportions. At this point, their resistance is almost counterproductive because (at least in my view) they are almost certain to lose the main argument--he was born in Kenya; informed people know it; recognition is setting in.
At the same time, there is growing resistance to his policies. There is further significant dissatisfaction with his economic actions--the electorate recognizes that the guy who promised change gave you exactly the same management decision making you would have had with Mrs. Clinton or Mr. McCain and further we don't like the fact that the beneficiaries are the same guys who caused the problem and who are now putting a trillion dollars of the taxpayer's money in their pocket. People are unhappy.
Yes. I used to practice in New York (and still have a few cases there), but I now practice mostly in the state and federal courts in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. (Santa Ana is in Orange County, CA).
I’m sure you do Nully!! CO
Oh I do, I do!

Thanks .. and appreciate all the information
and knowledge you’ve shared about the process ..
very much. I hope you’ll keep us posted.
Is there much scuttlebutt and buzz around
the courthouse about this case .. especially
among the attorneys ?
I assume you’re familiar with Leo Donofrio ?
See post #7702. And I don’t even think I was the first to point it out (maybe it was hoosiermama yesterday).
Takes a while sometimes ;-).
Thanks; here ya go...Post#7,702:
The most glaring mistake in the punked copy is that the word Maiden (just under the stain) looks to be misspelled as Maieen.
