Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

Suspicious, definitely. But on the other hand, D’s are looking to discredit the kenyan doc. Yeah, D’s found it, doesn’t prove they made it, does slightly tend to support an allegation that they made it. The kenyan doc is hanging in there, although there’s no way we can verify it ourselves. It would be nice to take a look at book 44B page 5733. Hillary is what, rushing over there to tear page 5733 out of book 44B, or to replace the original page 5733 with a Obama friendly one.
Perhaps you should not be so quick to show your inability to even bother READING before jumping to such snappy conclusions.
This birth certificate is a CERTIFIED COPY dated 1964.
Good post.
Dunham filed for divorce in January 1964, Obama signed off uncontested, divorce final. There was no need to get a birth certificate, much less one from Kenya, which had only been a country for 2 months at the time, much less from a hospital in Mombasa that had only been broken away from Zanzibar for the same two months.
And why have the baby in Mombasa, with no international airport at the time, 1,000 miles away from the Obama family village? Why not nearby Nairobi?
At the time of Obama's birth, Mombasa was a part of the state of Zanzibar, another error on the doc.
No, it's bogus.

Exactly!!
The only person to come out of the woodwork is some people Stanley knew in Seattle when Obama was a newborn (for whatever reason she was there).
And of course we have that he was the President of Harvard Law Review with no articles written, a badly photoshopped picture of him in the center of a group photo... and now we know that his ‘good friend’ is a professor there???
Hmmmm
Because they might force the issue and force Obama out of office.
Otherwise we are no more “Dangerous” than people who believe in Sasquatch.
Obviously we are seen as a danger... because we are right and they know it.
Good point. I figured it was either hacked or done by a Bomford, it could be a collaborative effort. And it could’ve been done a lot longer ago than yesterday. There may very well be a lot of copies out there of the 1964 kenyan doc.

Like his trip to HI to get that messy grandma business
taken care of. It is rather strange that these trips
come up at just the right time.
Your astute observation has been covered at least 50 times in the course of this thread.
Why would someone go to all the trouble to make a fake document that looks so convincing...and then use a South Australian template? Why not find an actual Kenyan template?
Yes, Australia is on the metric system. However, I believe that the use of "DPI" is pretty much universal in scanner software, even in countries using the metric system. (For what it is worth, I believe that LEAD Technologies is based here in the U.S.)
I don’t know if I am even up for explaining it anymore.
No, you are incorrect. The law you posted is from 1986 to present.
Obama was born in 1961, therefore THIS law applies:
3. January 13, 1941 to December 23, 1952
If you were born between January 13, 1941 and December 23, 1952, you automatically acquired U.S. citizenship if both your parents were U.S. citizens and at least one had a prior residence in the United States. You didn’t have to do anything special to keep your U.S. citizenship.
If only one parent was a U.S. citizen, that parent must have lived in the United States for at least ten years prior to your birth, and at least five of those years must have been after your parent reached the age of 16. To keep your citizenship, you must have lived in the United States for at least two years between the ages of 14 and 28 (called a residence requirement). However, as a result of a U.S. Supreme Court decision, if you were born after October 9, 1952, your parent still had to fulfill the residence requirement in order to pass citizenship to you, but your own residence requirement for retaining U.S. citizenship were abolished. If your one U.S. citizen parent was your father and you were born outside of marriage, the same rules applied if your father legally legitimated you before your 21st birthday and you were unmarried at the time.
Stanley was only 18 and therefore not old enough to transfer citizenship.

What I find out odd here is that this seems to point to an A4 size document, but I don't think that Australia's government was using A4 paper back in 1964. |

The would-be birth registration was produced before Barack Sr had a chance to sign/not-sign/contest, so that point of your argument is rendered moot.
See this post (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2307402/posts?page=1744#1744) for the font or one similiar to it for the Kenyan cert. This font was the standard for typewriters from 1955 forward.
This one (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2307402/posts?page=1689#1689) showing the Office Memorandum AOE *COMPUTER FONT* is the font that the Australian one uses.
Note the open top 4 on the Australian one, the straight across 3 and the rest of the characters. I studied those fonts all last night and this morning and then went surfing for fonts and found that one Office Memorandum. Then spent a couple of hours comparing every letter and that was it. At least as far as I can tell. Let me know what you think!
Two good reasons:
1. His father was a British citizen, thus obama cannot fulfill the requirement for a Natural Born citizen.
2. If he was born in Kenya as his relastives state, his mother was not old enough to convey citizenship to him as per the statute in effect at the time.
Also, no evidence of a hospital birth certificate has ever been found in Hawaii.
Credit goes to Corazon for that info..
