Yes, it's interesting how the characters seem to float, and certainly the characters should follow the folds.
However, all of the obvious metadata bits in the Bomford file point toward a scanner at low resolution:

What I find out odd here is that this seems to point to an A4 size document, but I don't think that Australia's government was using A4 paper back in 1964.

A few others have mentioned the same scenario and I’m sure that explains it. By the time I was using typewriters in the 80s they had the #1. :-)
Way after my original post I found an old typewriter font called P22 that has the exact same number 1 and small l seen on the Aussie BC. The info is posted here around the 6300 mark.

What Polarik is saying there is, from his point of view true. He wants to see a certified LITERAL COPY, like a photo or xerox, of the original record. You can order up such a thing from the Hawaii authorities, and BanBam has not done so, for whatever reason.
But from Kenya, what you see is all you are EVER going to get, short of a government to government intervention. The Kenyan document we see is an abstract, just as is the Hawaii “Certification of Live Birth”, it is not the primary birth record, or a photocopy of it. Perhaps That makes it “bogus” in Polarik’s eyes. From the context of his comment it seems likely that is his point.
My view is that all we need is to have the Kenyan document authenticated.

If you needed an official copy of your birth certificate and ordered one from your state’s dept of vital records- what date of issue do you think it would show? Next week sometime, when they mailed it out to ya..
The fact that this “copy” of official BC was issued in Feb 1964 makes it even MORE likely to be authentic because it falls in the timeframe between when obama mama filed for and obtained a divorce from Barack Sr and full custody of li’l Barack II.
Someone forgot that lawyers keep files of those divorce cases.

I wonder if it is possible that whoever made the Aussie BC had a headsup about the Kenyan BC (scenario being if the Kenyan doc was authentic). So they might have had some time to put together the Aussie one.
Not saying I think this happened; I have no idea.
Have any contemperaneous Aussie or Kenyan BC turned up? I am surprise if none have. I would think some Freeper would have an Aussie one somewhere, and maybe be able to locate a Kenyan one eventually.
How do you decipher what date a given image was uploaded to the server though?

Go back and read the thread; all your issues have been well diffused. - The only thing that can debunk this BC is the registrar in Kenya.
It's 7s 6d. I've found books printed in England with the price on the front page. Put 7s 6d in Google.
Possibly printed in England or by an English firm in Kenya. Don't worry your little self.
Clearly the dates prove the Bomford document to be a manipulation. Looks like organized crime to me.
