SIAP but Obama could have been born in a Manger in the Rose Garden and still not be a Natural Born citizen because his father was a British Subject.
This means that at best Obama was born with dual citizenship even if he was born in the Manger in the Rose Garden.
Dual citizens are not Natural Born.
BTW, this is why Jindal is not natural born. Neither of his parents were US citizens. Jindal is a native born citizen not natural born and cannot be Prez.

You seem to ignore the fact that the 1787 constitutional convention ADOPTED the measure advocated by Washington thru Jay. It’s right there in the constitution.
No one knew about Arthur's father's naturalization date. Like Obama, he kept it a secret. I understand he lied about it, and burned all his personal documents just before his death to keep the secret. I don’t have an answer to your question. As I said, I am not trying to argue the point. Your argument is well taken and maybe it’s correct. Until you get it in front of the US Supreme Court, its just so much bluster in the wind. So you can be pissy, you can be condescending, or whatever else that floats your boat. My point stands: Current law disagrees with you. I’m man enough to say you might be right about the framers’ opinion but until we change the opinion of the Supreme Court it won’t be law.
About the only truth that exist at the present is that there is not a valid Birth Certificate.
That could be fixed by Obama isn’t going to do it. The Hawaii COLB is a fake and some think this is a fake.
Now we really have a problem, the implication is grave for this country and needs to have this stopped. Obama can stop it if he so chooses. Presently the best interest of this country is not in his interest and that’s truely what I see of this issue.

I think we should turn our eyes to Vancouver as the birth location.
If the Obamas think Barry was “born” in Kenya it might be because Barack Sr and Anna were married in the Kenyan village and retired to a marital hut afterward... They may think Barry was conceived there and the Luo language conflates the concepts of conception and birth...
