Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

Orly needs to get this document into the hands of some expert doc examiners to verify its authenticity, I would think.
Maybe she’s already done that. We’ll have to wait to hear the story of how she came by this, chain of custody, etc.
Interesting that the only signature on it is from a deputy registrar.
The document is also called a “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth”. It’s still not a birth certificate.
Notice that there is a reference below to “the Birth Register”, with this entry being recorded in “Book 44B, Page 5733.”
This appears to be a Kenyan version of a COLB. No doctor listed, or attending nurses or physicians, no birth particulars, etc. Very similar to the Hawaiian COLB.
Overall, is as good or better than the jpeg image of the Hawaiian COLB, and the FactCheck photos of the “same”.
I think the revelation of this Kenyan COLB is going to stoke the fire on the bc issue in the coming week.
Why was it signed by the official in 1964?

This video will include footage of US President Barack Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. You’ll see the birth certificate close up and from different angles. You’ll be able to distinguish and make out the embossed (or raised) seal on the certificate. Among the names on the certificate is a doctor that was present at the birth.
I do apologize for the lengthy delay. However, Obama has kept us waiting longer. He’s kept us waiting for several months now. There is no logical reason for the President not to release his original birth certificate.

OK, you can zoom in on the BC copy. Looks plenty authentic to me. What we have here is a copy of the birth certificate issued in 1964. The original was made in August 9, 1961. So somebody requested the BC in ‘64.
It says:
“formerly DUNHAM
18 Years
Wichita, Kansas, UNITED STATES”

Shoot, he can’t even tell if ANYTHING is real in a Picture. No one can. You ahve to look at the DOCUMENT itself, the real one. No one can prove anything with a photo.
