A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office. His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders. "We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!" She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

I would like to hear somebody tell me how this would work.
The military is the primary avenue through which you get a judicial determination on this issue--wouldn't surprise me if we wind up in a legal fight in the Military Justice system if they in fact have some discipline they can impose.
Big difference between questioning the authenticity of the seated president, which most if not all folks here also question, and his performance as a military officer...........unless of course you have first hand knowledge of such performance.
Which goes to show that those who beleive the military would not shoot on the American public upon orders of a Messiah President are nuts. If they were ordered to track down and kill “terrorist” Christians in the US, they would do it in a heart beat and hate anyone who disobeyed the orders.
There is no constitution respected in the military. They (with very few exceptions) do as ordered - no matter what.

This guy's actions leads to a slippery post if he won....which he won't. Any future officer or enlisted person could challenge a Republican or Democrat President.

What else did he expect? He is free to challenge the Army and the Army is free to discipline him. What is REALLY troubling is that he has been fired from his civil service job. THAT is probably unlawful.
Just curious, since you seem to have first hand knowledge of his predicament in order to cast judgment on the guy, what's his MOS and his exact military function?

I can not think of anything more shallow and dangerous in politics today than for the Democrat Party to get away with openly seating an unconstitutional President and Republicans going along to get along!
The Democrat Party has caused a constitutional crisis by thinking their lust for power is above the constitution. That goes for their Rino friends and the media, who helped cover up their crimes.
For me it is not being all done (the legal challenge) to ‘get” the other guy. I was not even supporting McCain so he's not my guy who lost.

I'm awaiting word from the DDS and his employer...there side of the story. All we have right now is his and his lawyer.
None of us know all the details at this time but his security clearance will be revoked sooner rather than later and that alone will get him fired as is job required a security clearance.

First, we would all like to see this guy frog marched out in cuffs charged with 398 major felonies.
Bear in mind, however, that he is indeed President, because the entire Congress so certified on January 8, 2009. It was at that time the Congress could have demanded verifiable proof of his natural born status, and if he had not complied they could have sent him home, game over. But the Congress failed us in this regard.
So, O is entitled for the moment to all the benefits of that finding until the Congress (and no other body) has the guts to correct its defect.
That correction will occur via the impeachment process.
Now, lets put the heat to Congress. Send the petition on my About Page to your members of Congress and ask them to take action.
