A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office. His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders. "We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!" She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons just revoked."

The democrat party is using a subtle form of extortion ... once they get more dependents upon the federal dole (and gov’t run healthcare is precisely a ‘tax and dole’), when the laws signed into action are nullified by the ineligibility of the pres__ent, the demcs expect the cowardly Republicans to be too intimidated by the dole recipients to change the laws substantially so they will be passed through under the interim president.
I can see the WND Articles just fine.
Now I'm really hoping for change.
The post of the year...Thank you and thank your husband!
“If it were Cricket, the game would be replayed.”
Sounds like fun to me! And this time we wouldn’t have John McCain either! Oh what fun that would be!! :)
He is not trying to avoid deployment, he is trying to determine eligibility
The left has crashed it. All the other pages on WND work fine except for this one.
> Have you noticed just how HARD the Dims are trying to shove their agenda through. It makes you think, DC knows what Obamas problem is, and knows that the timer has started ticking down. What I dont get is this: Anything the Usurper signs is illegal... so why bother?
WOW! Crikey, you have just made me have a really, really ugly, disturbing thought...
There is the small matter of some $3 Trillions of dollars of “stimulus money”. That’s alot of money even in George Soros’ books. Alot of money. Lots...
...what if the answer to your “why bother?” question is nothing more complicated than a good ol’ fashioned CHICAGOLAND SWINDLE?
$3 Trillion dollars makes alot of things “worth it” for some people. So what if every law, every ordinance, every bill, every word that he has said somehow gets invalidated.
The money has been spent, and it would be next to impossible to un-spend it. And those who have received it will disappear it as quick as they can, if they know what they are doing...
...just an ugly thought. ‘Strewth, I wish that one hadn’t occurred to me.
We did not want to take the boat trip to do it.
LOL! Excellent answer! A+
I just read this posted on another forum, speculating from a former mil man:
“They cannot court-martial him if the order has been rescinded. They would charge him under Article 92, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order and they could throw in Article 88, Contempt Toward Officials. The order has to be in effect for the elements of Article 92 to be provable in court.
By revoking the order they pulled their tail in and ran the other way.
Zero doesn’t want a court-martial becasue the government would have to disclose the Presidents long form birth certificate in discovery to prove the President is the lawful CIC.”
Any freeper provide validity to it?
Thank you very much. I still can’t access the WorldNetDaily page but thanks to you, I can find the information elsewhere.
Those of us who respect the Constitution understand the concept of separation of powers and realize that even applies to a rotten lying usurping crypto Marxist bastard like Hussein. Accordingly we do not want any judicial power to attempt to remove him from office. We want discovery of the documents so that we might present them to the appropriate congressional authority to have him removed from office through the impeachment process.
If Congress will not do its duty after being shown by a preponderance of the evidence (this is a political/ civil matter after all) or beyond a reasonable doubt, then we will know what to do next.

Why would it not invalidate the entire election?
My read is that it would invalidate the election and with Bush having served two terms already, Dick Cheney would be sworn in and a new election held.
“Faciendum est” indeed.
Good work. May God bless you in all your endeavors.

From a pure process point-of-view that would make an eminent amount of sense. It is clean and it is pure, and it can be justified without fancy argument. Go back to where the first foul occurred and restart the game.
I don't think God would be that merciful to this nation.
These are just my own thoughts, but I think there’s validity to what was mentioned on one of the threads late last night.
Orly is perhaps celebrating a win a bit too soon. To acknowledge that the deployment orders have been pulled — is this not the same question, just reversing of the official orders? In other words, regardless of whether the order is to deploy or not, the order comes down the same chain of command. The Major is more or less challenging the authority at the top of the chain; not the order itself.
Congress approved the war, yet his argument is that the UN should have authorized the war. Care to explain why you believe we should have supported Watada?
