Birth certificate issue seems not to go away

I don’t know about the rest of you folks, but I’ve been following this bit of news from a local paper and in the blogosphere and I feel the need to do my part and pass on what's happening:

Controversy continues to surround President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, and a case involving his birth certificate waits for its day before the U.S. Supreme Court. A constitutional lawyer said were it to be discovered that Mr. Obama is not a natural-born U.S.citizen, it would have grave consequences for the nation.

Riots would be like a hurricane...a disaster, but recoverable. It make take months and a lot of money to rebuilt the caos and lawbreaking, but eventually the law will prevail and the mayhem will subside.

However, if we keep sitting on our fists and leaning back on our thumbs, CommieBama and his legion will systematically dismantle the Constitition and turn America into a third world dictatorship.

Yes, Princess Pelosi and her lap dog Dingy Harry will still be "in charge", but they are not as "protected" as CommieBama. They will not be shielded by a color-conscious media and a gang of entitlement-prone followers.

Actually, I think we NEED a good Constitutional crisis to jolt the star-struck slackers of America back to reality. The reality that America is still a land of laws, not men.

I've taken on a new greeting when I meet folks on the street...and it's not "Hi", or "What's Happening", or "how are you". I just smile and say, "Got your bailout check yet?". I reminds them and everyone in earshot that so far CommieBama is not an "empty" suit...he's just a suit of "hot air".

If they say, "No", I just say, "What? With the billions they have spent already, you didn't get yours?". I especially like to pull this on CommieBama supporters.

But, back to the subject at hand...hell yes, let's call this birth certificate debacle to a head. It should be "CommieBama...show it, or get OUT of the White House.".

My wife's friends were talking the other day about Obama and the economy.

There are about 3 Obama voters and 6 who can't stand the guy.

One of the Obama voters sells home made soap on the internet. She was complaining about business dropping off.

When told that it was because Obama and the RATS are threatening socialism and spooking the markets, she said that the subject was depressing (where's the HOPE?) and "Let's talk about something else."

When faced with the consequences of their election choice, they always want to change the subject. They don't want to face the reality that capitalism works, socialism does not work, and that Obama is an anti-American radical with his hands firmly on the economic steering wheel purposely heading for the ditch.

I am convinced that if there were not problem the documentation disclosure would have taken place long ago. At this juncture, though, I don't expect any of the courts to do the right (constitutional) thing. The legal rationalization is that in acting on the citizenship issue the remedy would be more harmful to the republic than the injury.

Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an "immigrant." (So he understands understands "immigrant" issues.)The context suggests that by "immigrant" bill richardson means "illegal immigrant"



Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

Missouri Representative Wayne Cooper (R-Camdenton) has introduced HJR 34. It has 15 Republican co-sponsors. It requires presidential candidates to submit a Birth Certificate to the Secretary of State, and says a certificate of live birth is not an adequate substitute.

Republicans have not and will not address the issue because they don’t want any thing to do with this economy. They don’t want to be held responsible. That’s why, in my opinion, they ran McCain. They knew he wouldn’t win and wanted to dump the economy on the democrats. Opening up Obama’s BC would put them in a bad spot.....in their opinion. What we need is people in Washington that have some guts. Start with your states.

This is no longer an issue.
SCOTUS will NOT do anything about it, because THEY swore Obama in with the knowledge that over 12 such suits were pending nation wide, two of which they refused to even hear prior to election day.

SCOTUS represented the last line of defense for our constitution. They blew it... effectively subjugating their power to the president and now fully dominate congress.

THE CONSTITUTION IS NO LONGER RELEVANT!
If this is not abundantly clear by now, then people just need to WAKE UP!

It is now nothing more than a tool to be interpreted how the powers that be (democrat-socialist party) need it to be interpreted. It is no longer the law of the land... it is the RUSE of the land... because it is has not been applied equally and literally. (and I’m not just talking about the BC issue... the BC issue was just the icing on the cake)

As LONG as democrats are in power, you can FORGET about this issue! If Republicans take the the senate and house in 2010, then MAYBE... just MAYBE... something can be done about it

Could very well be true. One thing is certain—he never did have many friends, did he? That just ain’t normal. How could someone so “charismatic” and “compelling” not have attracted a large circle of friends? Could it be that once they got to know him, they fund him personally repugnant?
