March 1) - Ever since Barack Obama became a prominent political fixture in the country, he has encountered a fair number of rumors and smears concerning him and his family.
-snip-
A lawsuit filed in California by a group called the United States Justice Foundation seeks records from Occidental College, where Obama attended school for a period, in order to verify his nationality.
-snip-
For the record, officials in Hawaii declared last October that there was no doubt Obama was born in the state. Officials verified that the health department holds the commander in chief's original birth certificate. But others are still undeterred.

HORRIFIED by the fact that bo is occupying the White House but she is definitely not crazy.
You have obviously never had a serious meeting or conversation with Orly. If you had, you would know that Orly is definitely not crazy, but I am glad that you underestimate her.
Hope U & bo’s dumb lawyer bob underestimate me and Berg, and Gary and Larry too, to name a few of the many lawyers that are confidentially working.
Let me hasten to add that I do not underestimate bob bauer. I know he is an unethical...

Yes, that’s it - Hyderabad. There’s one in India and one in Pakistan.
Even children are not SCARIED of Orly, but I am glad that U & bob the bo’s dumb lawyer R!
Seems someone used a fact to try and establish a myth.

Sounds like the work of David Axelrod, troll.
So you were born in hell, too?
Verrry interesting...
He is a shill who always shows up in these threads. One of the cases will get to SCOTUS and hopefully before the end of the year.
The word is getting through to the military. SCOTUS will either get to the bottom of this or the military will which is what Dr. Edwin Vierira has said. He is hoping the judiciary does their job.
Ah, another bold faced lie. How was it that a prominent Chinese man received a BC from Hawaii when he was born in China ... before 1920? The statute as issued in 1982 was based upon previous law in HI, but that is typical of you obamanoid demons, trying to float any lie to defend your ineligible kenyan klown and his posse. In fact, you qualify to be in his posse! Congrats, candyman.
I know many 'citizens' who were born abroad, foreign born, who were brought to Hawaii as infants who have a certificate like the one proffered by the Obama shills. They were born in the Philippines or Japan or China....even Portugal, Puerto Rico or Scotland but they have a birth certificate from Hawaii and as such enjoy the benefits of citizenship in the US. But none are 'Natural Born Citizens'; merely the beneficiaries of the state's munificence towards imported labor during the plantation days.
I'm trying to sort out fact vs speculation on the part of those who believe Obama was born in Hawaii and those who believe he wasn't. Forgive my skepticism, but I've already been burned in arguments by the "travel ban" that couldn't be proved.
So, those many foreign born that you know who obtained a Hawaii birth certificate:
1. Did their Hawaii COLB give the place of birth as Hawaii?
2. Did they have a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, which is what US citizens born abroad are supposed to obtain from US consulates or embassies? (I note the State Department excepts Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Panama Canal Zone before October 1, 1979, the Philippines before July 4, 1946, American Samoa, Guam, Swains Island, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the former U.S. Trust Territories of the Pacific Islands - no Consular Reports Of Birth Abroad were issued for these.)
3. If they did not have a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, how was the infant involved brought into the US? Were they smuggled in, or was their evidence of their entry as a foreign national? In short, how did they get through customs?
4. You mention that this was a relic of the plantation days. I would expect that to be before the period we are interested in (1961). Can we find evidence this policy was still in effect in 1961?
Good morning, MHG - I meant to respond to a comment you made on another (long) thread - it’s essentially unimportant but I figured I’d tell you anyway. You mentioned the odd language in 0’s yearbood about “playing hoop” - sounds like Hawaiian pidgin, local people used then and many use today language that someone from the mainland would never, ever be able to understand. Accent is specific, grammar is not regular English grammar, and Hawaiian and other foreign language words, especially Japanese, are mixed in.
Even if 0 didn’t speak pidgin, he would have pretended to or used it artificially, or the person writing up the yearbook would have used it. People who actually grew up using pidgin have to make a huge effort to speak regular English later in life (if they want to use regular English), and you can detect it in their speech anyway.
He can speak “black” talk apparently when he wants. Freaking chameleon fake.
“As Senator Obama the presidential candidate, his website claimed that he never had a U.S. passport until he was sent to Congress.”
I don’t think that is correct. I never saw anything to support that, and I don’t think I have ever even heard that claim before. Obama traveled from Hawaii to Indonesia, and he would have had to have had an American passport for that trip. He may or may not have obtained an Indonesian passport once he got to Indonesia, but he had to get there.
Please show me a source for this claim.
You do realize that if Obama had been portraying himself as an Indonesian citizen in his college pursuits, he could obtain an Indonesian passport by mail before leaving Hawaii, right? Also, his mother of record was working in Indonesia and Pakistan in the micro-business loans area, so she coul dhave been using her Indonesian citizenship, also.
I am not saying that he couldn’t have had an Indonesian passport. I am saying that he had to have had an American passport, because he traveled to Indonesia from Hawaii as a child. I was arguing that the assertion that BO posted a comment on his website that he had never had a passport before entering Congress is most likely false.
I don’t have to provide you with jack squat. Get off your hands and start doing your own research.
Obama said it, it was online (a HUGE amount of Obama’s personal information has been scrubbed from the internet in the last eight months), and if you can’t find it, so sorry. But it was a part of his official website, as was the statement about being a British citizen for the first 21 years of his life.
Wrong. Stanley Ann Dunham filed for divorce on June 15, 1980. The court issued the decree on August 20, 1980. link to pdf of divorce decree
Thank you for the correction. But she was in Hawaii in 1981, as that has been documented with records collected by FOIA.
Gotta link to that? We already know that passport records can't be obtained through FOIA requests, so just what records would these be?
One more thing. It’s documented that the average delay between the filing of an FOIA request and the release of materials is 78 months.
