Ah, another bold faced lie. How was it that a prominent Chinese man received a BC from Hawaii when he was born in China ... before 1920? The statute as issued in 1982 was based upon previous law in HI, but that is typical of you obamanoid demons, trying to float any lie to defend your ineligible kenyan klown and his posse. In fact, you qualify to be in his posse! Congrats, candyman.

Good morning, MHG - I meant to respond to a comment you made on another (long) thread - it’s essentially unimportant but I figured I’d tell you anyway. You mentioned the odd language in 0’s yearbood about “playing hoop” - sounds like Hawaiian pidgin, local people used then and many use today language that someone from the mainland would never, ever be able to understand. Accent is specific, grammar is not regular English grammar, and Hawaiian and other foreign language words, especially Japanese, are mixed in.

Even if 0 didn’t speak pidgin, he would have pretended to or used it artificially, or the person writing up the yearbook would have used it. People who actually grew up using pidgin have to make a huge effort to speak regular English later in life (if they want to use regular English), and you can detect it in their speech anyway.

He can speak “black” talk apparently when he wants. Freaking chameleon fake.

Irrelevant. Obama wasn't issued a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth before 1920.

The statute as issued in 1982 was based upon previous law in HI

There's no previous version of that statute shown in the statute's history. That statute came into being in 1982. If you claim it was based on a previous statute, then let's see that previous statute.

Sun Yat Sen, in 1920, indeed defrauded the Hawaiian government in order to obtain a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. He got a couple whitnesses to falsely swear that he was born in Hawaii:

http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2009/01/hawaiian-birth-certificate-its-a-fake/

This is, of course, completely irrelevant to Obama's eligibility since Obama does not have a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth (COHB), as Michael Michael has noted. He has a standard birth certificate, which is much harder to falsify than the COHB.

However, I point this out just to show that even in the case of Sun Yat Sen, the Territory of Hawaii did not knowingly say someone was born there who wasn't. The state didn't do that then, and it doesn't do it now.
