I do too....but I’ll believe it when I see it.

This is, as Larry Kudlow likes to say, a big mustard seed.
Hang in there, guys. Even if moderates like Snowe, Specter, & Collins defect, I’ll still consider it a victory so long as the rest of the caucus holds.

I pray they stand strong.

I just sent a message to my Senators (Snowe and Collins, generally known as RINOs), imploring them to resist the license to steal.

It’ll still pass but force them to own the whole damn thing!

It’s like others have observed, Obama’s problem really isn’t with the Republicans. It’s with Pelosi and Reid.

Snowe, Collins, Graham, and Voinovich (and probably Arlen Sphincter, too) will side with the Democrats, as usual.

Are they angry at what they see in the bill, or are they angry at what they don’t see in the bill (their measure of pork)?
This bill should not be modified and passed. It should die. Put a stake through it’s chest, stomp on it, and bury it for all time.
That’s my bottom line.

don’t just call and mail your own though, if that happens it means say Snowe gets what 50 calls and mail where as if we all call Snowe then she’ll get at least a few hundred.
shop around and find senators of your own and find red dog dems as well as RINO’s

Republican post turtle senators are just asking themselves where their pie is.

Obama wants bi-partisanship but the Republicans in the House took a pass. Why should they vote for this nonsense? It's like Obama said, everyone should have some skin in the game, so why should Republicans vote for something from which they were totally excluded?. Pelosi has basically said "Screw them, there is no way I am going to let any Republicans in this game." (My words - not hers.)
I doubt that Obama really cares, but he wanted to kick the bi-partisan football, and Lucy Pelosi took it away and he landed on his butt. She made him look foolish.
