The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Actually the Yellowcake was not a secret. It was stored under UN seal and accounted for at the Iraqi Nuclear facility which name started with a “T”. It was because this material was under seal and inspected regularly by Mr. Magoo Saddam had to try and get more from Niger which led to Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame becoming involved.

Actually those pictures could have been taken in the month of December after she became pregnant but before she was showing. We know they were taken in December because of the Christmas tree and they may have been meant as a Christmas present for Sr. We also know that Sr was a jazz fan so he could have taken them and they could have been stolen when he operated the revolving door on the home he had in Boston. I do agree we know very little about Jr!

The transportation of the yellowcake to Canada and its arrival was not mentioned by the media, I heard it because I watch the CTV news from Canada. It was not noticed by the American public because the U.S. media did not deem it important! I am well aware of the cost of freedom having been to the battlefields, cemetaries and museums in Europe!
In that event, with even the SC refusing to hear it, the Pretender to the Throne will be sworn in as President with no proof that he is qualified. With access to the red phone and the black suitcase. Here’s the thing: If SCOTUS decides to take the case, and Obama isn’t natural born, then they’ll have to rule against him. If they didn’t they are the laughing stock of the legal world because it’s so fundamental. It would be a very difficult thing to take this case but it is worthy of their attention. If Obama is declared ineligible, there would be riots and there would be outrage, no doubt. On the other hand, they can refuse to take the case and not have to worry about violent repurcussions. Of course, this shirks their duty to protect the Constitution on the highest level. But this road would be easier for them.

Because by giving him a pass they would be telling him and the people that the Constitutional requirements don’t really matter, we don’t know exactly if you were born here or not, but let it go. OK: That’s the first domino down.The rest are to fall, and rapidly. Now, we know that the Constitution has been twisted a lot thru the years, Roe v Wade, the Warren court decisions, but we have managed to struggle along in one piece. Until now. If the Court lets this go, we are finished as a Republic. We will have a republic in name only—People’s Republik of Amerika.

One angle the Supreme Court might take is the danger of the executive branch of our guvmint being taken over by some foreigner with tons of money (neglecting all the evidence that Obama is exactly that) with the intent to destroy it. That was one reason why this provision was put into the constitution in the first place. By limiting elegibility to those who would be more likely loyal to the republic, our founding fathers knew this country needed protection from those who would wish ill upon it.
That means nothing, without examining the physical piece of paper, you can't tell if that's Obama's COLB or not. It could just as easily be someone else's, with lots of alterations, or BHO's with a few entries modified. None of the images at Fact Check are of sufficient resolution to tell. If they really wanted to convince anyone, they could have scanned the images in, or least laid the document flat, and took their photos, or some of them, from directly above, with very bright lighting. The main image, with the document folded, is laughably unprofessional.
First of all, it isn’t your “feelings” that matter, it’s the Constitution that matters.
Secondly (or thirdly if you’re into Biden jokes), your opinions about “Berg” are irrelevant. This isn’t about Berg and his particular lawsuit.

I learned the old-fashioned way. By that I mean that I still use commonsense. Commonsense, in this particular case, tells us that when someone is trying so hard to hide something, there must be something to hide.
It is really so simple that any debate about whether or not Obama should have to provide his birth certificate is almost comical. All Obama has to do is stand up and be honest. The fact that he hasn’t should tell you something....well, that is if you still believe in “commonsense”. :)

In any situation (past, present and future) there will always be some that will not accept the validity of a claim. However, that fact should not be held against seekers of truth. What do you have to fear of those of us who want Obama to provide us with factual evidence of his birth certificate, and in my opinion, everything else that has documented his past. He has hidden it all, and quite well, I might add.
