The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

There is some reason you repeat falsehoods even after they have been shown to be incorrect. Case in point: his mother was a citizen therefore you believe he is. It has been shown she was not of age to pass citizenship to her offspring. That could not have happened unless he was actually born in Hawaii which is a fact in dispute from multiple sources who should know the answer such as his sister, “grandmother” and other relatives. And you refer to the birth announcement indicating place of birth or as if it were part of some farsighted conspiracy when it did not even claim he was born in Hawaii.
And the fraudulent (now withdrawn and redoctored) “proof” was never released in any official capacity or to a disinterested third party for confirmation. Rather it was released through Left Wing Lunatic sites and vouched for by the pseudo-watchdog of the media which has been controlled by Leftists for decades.

The reason I managed to find out so much information is because I had an episode of low blood sugar and as I lost consciousness my right upper arm came down hard on the edge of an end table resulting in a shattered upper right arm. I am right handed and was at a loss of what I could do besides surf the web looking for information and learning as I surfed. The arm is still in bad shape but I sure have learned a lot and am still learning!

I just think of it as taking one for the team and keep on surfing and learning!
This does not surprise me in the slightest given the Treason media’s refusal to carry such incredible stories as the Libyan nuclear research program funded by Saddam and staffed by Iraqi scientists. When Quaddafy turned it all over after the Iraqi invasion it came as a COMPLETE SURPRISE to the entire world and all its intelligence agencies.
Now THAT was a story which could have generated multiple lengthy stories, Pulizer Prizes, etc. But what happened? A brief series of remarks for a week then SILENCE until they could run months and months of putting panties on killers’ heads.
Rather than publicize an incredible and unexpected positive result of Bush’s foreign policy it made sure few would hear of it or understand what happened. If there were any justice the firing squads would be working overtime.

Interesting. But have heard that Ed Hale does not always tell the truth. In fact, heard he really has some difficulty telling the truth. I don’t know the man, but this is just what I heard.
The Ed Hale story of the Kenyan birth certificates was debunked quite awhile ago.
The Indonesian citizenship angle is a dead end. He was not of age to legally surrender US citizenship. If he was a natural born citizen then nothing Indonesian law says can change that.

Update 2, 10/12/08 10:40 AM ET: Since originally posting this story Saturday, Atty. Philip Berg’s office informed us that they cannot discuss this matter due to pending litigation, which is understandable. They also informed us that Berg is NOT collaborating with Ed Hale, moderator of a site, “Hillary Clinton Supporters for John McCain” and host of a radio show. We have had no direct contact with Ed Hale, and have no idea whether he’s truthful or not. Whether or not the “tip” we received is accurate, only time will tell. At this time, we have no further independent verification.
I noticed the media was strangley silent on the yellow cake which was tranported secretly to Canada a few months ago, but what can you expect from a media which essentially chose the two candidates for the election and considers themselves “all knowing, all seeing” except when it comes to the Democrat party? Too many citizens take what the media says as the gospel truth and fail to educate themselves!

I like your question... however, the short answer is that I do not know Hawaiian law, therefore I do not have an answer for your question.

I have saved copies of those images. My estimation is they were taken before she became pregnant. I'm not yet convinced the only person who may have taken the photographs was FMD. Heck, I've seen nothing in my research that definitely places her in Hawaii when she became pregnant or when the photographs were taken. All dates, all captions to images provided by obama sources are suspect IMO. Anything anecdotal from Abercrombie likewise, he was a buddy of obama snr, visited him in Kenya. Abercrombie follows the narrative of 'Dreams'
We know NOTHING! All we know is how LITTLE we do know. (Obama is an known unknown.)
Would like to know who “discredited Hale”? Not that I support him, but more like it’s a pattern to discredit anyone with factual evidence against you....Look at what they did to Linda Tripp and would have liked to do to Joe the Plumber,and then there are the attacks on Sarah, which may or may not be coming from inside the staff....
Oh well, Time will tell.
