The raised Seal is visible on the copy of the COLB available at the factcheck.org web site. That along with the sworn affidavit of the Hawaii Registrar of Vital Statistics, Alvin T. Onaka, whose name is actually on Obama’s short form Certificate should suffice.

That means nothing, without examining the physical piece of paper, you can't tell if that's Obama's COLB or not. It could just as easily be someone else's, with lots of alterations, or BHO's with a few entries modified. None of the images at Fact Check are of sufficient resolution to tell. If they really wanted to convince anyone, they could have scanned the images in, or least laid the document flat, and took their photos, or some of them, from directly above, with very bright lighting. The main image, with the document folded, is laughably unprofessional.

Since the Director of the Hawaii state Department of Health and the Registrar of Vital Statistics have gone on the public record verifying the legitimacy of Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth, your personal skepticism about the internet image is irrelevant.
