(Weirdly, mandatory voluntary service for high school students has been becoming more common. So let’s not assume we would win a fight over this; we’d have to win the fight.)

Everyone should do a little checking to see if “voluntary” service is not ALREADY required of high school students who want a diploma in hand (which is necessary for college).

Resisting service is as ridiculous as buying more guns and ammo; nothing more than keyboard bluster. You pay taxes under duress. You put your child in public school. You pay for car insurance whether you like it or not.
Your chains are already ON. If you don’t exercise your “freedom,” you don’t feel your chains. But try to move, and notice that if you behave like a free American, your employer will be pressured to pressure you; your school district can threaten you, take your child, and haul you into court; you can’t move very far without your car or your driver’s license. There are innumerable things the government can do to bankrupt you, ruin you, and destroy your family, effortlessly. Your neighbors will sympathize, privately, but that’s all they dare do.
And so, if your child is conscripted, your child will serve. If your guns are banned, your guns will be surrendered. Whatever 0bamanation demands, you will oblige. You don’t want to lose your house, car, income, pension, kids, friends, reputation...do you?
So come along quietly. After all, you have been coming along quietly all your life.

First, I don’t believe for a second that these assholes could pull this off. This isn’t 1930’s Germany, and our military wouldn’t stand for it.

It is the Obama Jugan [sp?] so far as the children go. It is the Obama Volks guard with all others. I believe one term the Germans used was “the stomache and feet battalion”. The oath of service will be “I pledge allegiance to Bereack [sp?] Obama”.
Don’t look for widespread resistance. 52% will be too stupid to understand what is happening. 46% of the remaining 48% will be to busy kissing Obama’s asss and giving him “a chance to govern from the center”. Maybe 2% wil resist. There is the lesson of Joe the Plumber” for those who oppose “The Messia” [sp?].
The whole concept has nothing to do with “service”. It has everything to do with getting the people into groups that can be controlled, indoctrinated, supervised,guarded, and identifying those who resist.
There will be weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth and this will be from those who voted for him.
