Along the same lines as "broadband for all" is the news that the country of Australia has issued national filters on the internet that prevents certain websites from coming up on Aussie computers, things like bulimia and euthanasia. What's to keep a US National Broadband from blocking FreeRepublic, National Review Online, WorldNet Daily, NewsMax, Michelle Malkin, Drudge, Powerline, et cetera, et cetera...? Conservatives? This all raises an interesting question.

Will the LEOs obey the Law or the Constitution? So far, they have enforced only those laws that increase their own authority, and this Constitution thing doesn't do that.
