I heard on our local Tampa radio station this morning 970 Radio:
According to a political analyst, McCain would rather "lose" the election than conduct a dishonorable campaign.
If this is true, than many of us regret sending a contribution to McCain.
This reminds me of a boxer fighting in the last round needing a KNOCKOUT to win the fight. Instead he jabs and dances.
It's better to go down in flames with honor, according to McCain.
*slaps forehead*
Ok..well.
It is NOT dishonorable to tell the truth about your opponent. It is a dishonor to the people not to.
I’m voting Sarah Palin!
I think that’s a fine thing to say. But there is nothing dishonorable in attacking Obama on Wright or Ayers, or pointing out his constant playing of the race card, or his socialist leanings, etc. In fact, to do so is a service to the American people that isn’t being provided by the media as it should.
McAssHat - the consequences of you losing an “honorable” campaign are MUCH bigger than you.
Sorry...need to verify...two or more....
I DONT TRUST ANYONE!!!
This is one statement among many...get a grip.
Problem is, Sarah would rather win than run a limp-wristed "bipartisan" campaign. My sense is that Sarah is attacking where John McCain is not, and she is doing this because, in reality, she is running for 2012, not just 2008.
perhaps obama is not the metro sexual in this race...
I depends on which definition of “dishonorable” he means.
The media’s or the dictionary’s.
No Mas.
There won’t be no honor or dignity in being the man who blew an easy one and went on to lose to an empty suit ,
muslim cell who has been activated to destroy America.
If you don’t fight , John McCain , enjoy the rest of your years in pure shame.
Being aggressive with truth, no matter how dirty it is would not be like trying to say something false.
Does McCain have a guts issue here? I hope not.
“According to a political analyst”
Never says that McCain actually said it.......
Did you hear McCain say that, or was it a radio broadcaster’s misconstrued repeat of his “I would rather lose the election than lose the war”?
I disagree with your notion
Lets be honest, with the economy just having tanked, winning is next to improbable
In particular with how the MSM has blamed the entire thing on our side and deregulation
The aftermath of this election will be having a viable opposition that can compete in 2010 and 2012.
If McCain pulls everything out of left field he can, this will alienate those we will need to convert to our side in 2010 and 2012 when the socialists have full control
This guy is a Joke !!!! He faught lot harder against Romney. He should have never been the nominee. He is Pathetic.
