Thank you.

AiT here, the absentee ballot voter in Tokyo, Japan.

Well, I have nothing left to debate on this topic, and will back on out from it from here on out.

I myself know what I will do in November if an open borders, gun grabbin', abortion-promoting, foreign policy idiot, nanny state, PC-quisling dhimmi RINO is at the top of the Republican Party ticket.

I also know the crying arguments against it I will hear, ad infinitum, ad nauseum, from koolaid drinkin' Republican-Firsters, Small "c" Conservatives, who would even vote for "Satan (R-Hell)". (One even told us on open FR forum that he would DO such a thing!)

So there is no point in belaboring the point and I ask for permission to be excused from this debate on FR.

Good day everyone (at least on this issue).

Somehow it feels better when a republican is screwing you.

Wait till you get a load of what Queen Hillary, Chief Justice Buzzi and Speaker Pelosi have in store for you. You don't yet know what a real screwing is.

....one of the first debates when Duncan Hunter referred to some of his fellow candidates as , “THE TED KENNEDY WING OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY”?

THAT is why Hunter is out of the media coverage and the debates. He told the truth. CAN’T have that!

I think we should start calling it exactly what it is, don’t you?

“THE TED KENNEDY WING OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY”

Arnold is certainly a perfect example.

She'll retire. She's been fighting cancer

Be careful what you wish for. If she does retire...enter from stage left--Lani Guanier. Makes Justice Ruth Buzzi look like Clarence Thomas. And Hillary owes her one.

If everyone who would prefer Duncan Hunter backed him now, where do you think he would be?

That difference is what selling fear gets you, and is repeated by millions of cowardly Republicans. Congratulations. It's guys like you who empower crooked thugs like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Take a look at the comments about that video. This is what happens when people see and hear Duncan Hunter. Unfortunately, memories are short. Can’t have him saying this stuff close to voting day.

In the primary your strategy is reasonable and admirable.

Once the main election is on and it is between the liberal country hating socialist Democrat and the Republican of any type, either at that point you vote Republican or you are literally enabling your worst enemy the Democrat to rule and ruin your life.

Let the Democrats be the ones to usher in the misery.

That one indylindy sounds like you are on loan from Hillary's campaign.

IMO you need more common sense and less Chris Crocker logic!

I don’t plan on teaching the GOP any lesson. I think that’s a waste of time. And I certainly don’t intend to abdicate my right to vote. I’ll just vote for the most qualified candidate who espouses my conservative beliefs. I don’t think there’s anyone on here who would begrudge me that, is there?

Won’t work. I am sitting this one out if nothing changes. Besides, its only two votes. Me and my husband. OOPs, my parents too. Thats only four.

No big deal.

If it's between a RINO like Rudy or McCain vs. Hitlery, I'll abstain from voting the Presidential ballot. I'd rather Hitlery take charge and ruin this country while I still have the ability to fight in the upcoming war.

I no longer call myself a Republican. I'm a conservative with libertarian tendencies, and I will vote accordingly.

You continue to argue "the lesser of two evils"

All that buys us is a slippery-slope to increased liberalism.

My dear friend, it is ONLY in the primaries where you try to effect the kind of change you and I want.
Once the main election is on, you will of course vote for the Republican for the sake of Judges, taxes, security, the war and to stop government take over of medicine.

Seems a hell of a lot more on the line by far than the lesser of two evils.

What again would be your logic to throw the power to Democrats? What is the thinking, strategy and benefits of that? So far every other election I've seen where people didn't vote Republican to send messages has given us the worst Democrat enemies in power against us.

I want a candidate that gets more issues right over the leftist fire breathing Democrat.

Learn the lessons of the past.

I would never stay home. But if it McCain is the choice I’m writing in Hunter or Thompson.

My Choices:

Hunter
Thompson
Guiliani
Romney

There is a bigger issue than McCain

Where is the logic in beating your chest and calling yourself a conservative if your inaction or actions ends up bringing a Hillary Clinton (your worst enemy) to power.

You haven’t even hit on the real issue when you exclusively focus on McCain IMO.

Oh, I don’t plan on staying home on election day. It’s my right and my duty to vote. I do plan on writing in the candidate of my choice though, rather than accepting the candidate the media and the power brokers have decided I should vote for.

Coalitions belong in parliaments not within political parties! We have two parties which are both nothing but coalitions of people ranging from communists to right wing anarchists! Yes, in both parties. All this renders the parties platforms meaningless. Threads such as these are expressions of the frustrations with the two (I say one and a half) party system), yet we cling to the idea of having just two parties, instead of a multi-party system in which each of the parties actually stands for something. I ain’t voting no more!

Thanks for talking sense to me. There's nothing like having a bunch of party-proper talking points rattled off into my ear to set me right.

I'm a new man!

It's a new day!

And I will obey!

YAY!

(Um, how'd I do?)

Any of the Reps would be better than Hillary. And if they were to attempt pushing liberal legislation, at least we have half a chance of blocking it.

Only if we have a democrat legislature.

If two terms of Bush Junior proved anything, it's that gridlock IS our friend.
