Have we opted out of the U.N. that is basicly sworn to take us down, ruling against our interest all the time? We’re not opting out of anything. Bush letting the situation fester should let you know what he thinks of joining the ICC. He didn’t lift a finger to stop it, and our Congress was mute on the subject.

It’s not a treaty. It’s a general agreement. The Senate doesn’t have to rule on it.

For now I agree. The truth is, it only takes about 35% of the vote to win when you’re talking about three parties.

Ross Perot would have taken about 40% of the vote, or more, if he hadn’t gone psycho on the nation claiming his daughter’s wedding was being vandalized. LOL

Even when he came back in, 19% of the populace voted for him.

He was a destructive little guy. He did damage to the RP and created an atmosphere where hardly anyone would trust another third party bid.
