I was watching this unbelievably digusting story this morning on Fox News and I haven't been able to find any mention of it here on FR or on the Fox News web site. A law firm was filmed giving a seminar on how to bypass American applicants so they could bring in less expensive foreign labor under the H1B visa program!! They were giving tips on how to make it appear that a review of the American applicant's resume did not fit the job description so they could reject every single applicant and work on getting a green card for a foreign worker instead, saving the company money. I'd love to find out not only the name of the law firm but a list of their client companies. Can anyone post a link to that story? Thanks.

That ran on here a few days ago.
There are several threads about this here. Most of them have to to with videos on YouTube.
I saw them also. You’d probably stand a better chance of searching for them on YouTube, as I tried a number of combinations here with no success.
That lawfirm is Cohen & Grigsby in Pittsburgh, PA. The Youtube link is:

Cohen & Grigsby’s website is at:
Think about this. They were so proud of their seminar, that they had it posted on their website in streaming video... until the sh*t hit the fan...they’ve pulled it.
I’ve posted the link to youtube above.
Thanks, I found the two FR threads.
All H1-B visas should be auctioned off, and any employer that uses one should have to pay a minimum tariff of at least $200K per year to use them. Then maybe this form of “foreign trade” won’t bite us in the @$$ as much.
No, all I have seen is Who Took Jesse...while I am sorry for her and her family, this is becoming worse than the Laci Peterson case...24/7 all we get for news.

Oh yes, the Jessie case will go on ad nauseum for months, maybe years....Nancy Grace and Greta Van Sustern and their “experts.” GAAAAAAAA!!!!!
Thank goodness for DVDs, Turner Classic Movies and a few nice sunny days/evenings for taking a walk.
Meanwhile the geniuses are throwing their panties at Fred Thompson who voted to double H1-B visas, then voted to remove anti fraud measures and finally voted in committee to OK the firing of Americans so they can be replaced by H1-B visa holders.
Yes, hiring cheap, foreign labor will save you money. Doubtful, however, that it'll benefit you.
lawyers, laws, loopholes and who loses bump
bump this thread also for later reading
Thanks for all of the replies. Sad but not all that surprising.
Unbelievable.
That’s why I love the FR. Stuff ignored by the MSM and glossed over by some tends to surface here.
Thanks.
