Check out this Video interview with Rudy in South Carolina this weekend. He answers quite a few questions:

No, just said it was too early. I took his remarks as positive toward Rudy under the right circumstances. Rush did say Rudy has to overcome his problems with social conservatives. But also had a comment about conservatives never supporting a winner.

The primaries haven't even started yet.
I think I'll wait a bit before settling.

"I'll support RG as long as he puts people like Roberts and Scalia on the Court."
I think there is plenty of evidence that he won't do that. There have been other threads where some freepers (who are much more knowledgeable than I am on this) have provided evidence to this. Perhaps they will come out of the woodwork and post this again.

You'd rather run a hardcore conservative who has no chance in November then a moderate Republican who can win? I understand sticking to your principals, but sometimes that isn't always the most logical course of action. Rudy isn't always right on social issues, but is on record as saying he'll appoint judges in the mold of Alito and Roberts which mitigates that risk in my eyes. We're coming into an imperfect election where there isn't going to be 100% satisfaction with whoever the Republican nominee is, but the one that is quite clear is that if the Dems win, we're all going to lose...conservatives, moderates, etc.

He'll run on the Republican ticket, even though he's a liberal.

You missed it by four posts. It's going to be an ugly couple of years.I saw it, predictably.
Each election another group of FRingers joins the malcontents-
Patsies + Keyesters + various no-names with no-chance = Trolly posts on FR for a year and a half.

Why would I know that when he left the party declaration blank and his group were discussing the benefits of him running as an independent?
Or do you just like being snippy for no reason?

It would certainly be better than the alternative..McVain and the Lizard Queen. Those are the choices, huh? What is the point of voting? The American republic is long dead and it will stay that way with the sheep choosing one of those losers. Oh well, at least it offers morbid entertainment.

Thank you! I am paranoid after all the slams against Rudy recently and I admit it.
My three kids are 50% Italian and we belong to the Sons of Italy. I am proud of the Italian heritage of my children and have been doing research back to family in the Naples area. Their great grandparents came over before the turn of the century through Ellis Island. Also belong to the Daughters of the American Revolution because my family was here in the early 1700's. Joined the Sons of Italy so I could find offers for Italian products to buy from here in OK.
It is sluggish.
