Remember to go shopping or work overtime on May 1!

Its raining in Chicago today.
On the radio, Don Wade joked that there will be a lot of "wet backs" at the rally.
Needless to say he had some angry callers after that.:)
just heard on FNC the numbers are outstanding/booming
I just returned from our local Wal-Mart (rural Northern Illinois). The same was true here. Traffic was normal although the number of Hispanics was few. The parking lot had as many vehicles as usual.
they have received threats from the illegal immigrant community. Hispanic business owners have been told to close their businesses to show support for the illegal immigrants or they may not have a business to go back to tomorrow.
I read an article on this last night

I just saw that sign also! Cowards. They would not dare confront a Minuteman with that bs. However, the sign was inspirational - I am inspired to find out where I can send a donation to the Minuteman project.
Haven't seen any closures here in Birmingham, Michigan. Several landscapers out working as well. Little or no boycott at this end.
It was a big sign too!

THe minutemen are going to be around for their full fifteen minutes -- maybe a lot longer than that.
Someone answer me this. Just heard on Fox that there is an anti immigration group counter protesting today in Colorado. However, they are doing it in some park that is not near where the protests are taking place.
I am at a loss to understand WHERE ARE the 85plus percent of americans who are against amnesty for these illegals?
Is everyone in this country afraid of the Latinos?
Is there a giant list of which stores and businesses to avoid, what not to buy today, and where we *need* to spend our money today?
I need to head to Home Depot or Loews in a few...either okay?
Freep the polls:
MSNBC: Immigration Protests: Should illegal immigrants be arrested at today's demonstrations?

Consistently making excuses for LAWBREAKERS, and contorted rationalizations for the lack of common sense and personal responsibility, due to (insert the syndrome-du-jour here), NO ILLEGAL ACT is EVER allowed to be what it is, but rather, it's to claim the perpetrator is a VICTIM, and should be excused somehow from the LAW.
